Golfer Reviews
Worse than usual
Staff friendly and efficient. They are strict about starting so don’t grab your cart key without asking. Got scolded. Course was in the worst shape I’ve seen it especially fairways. I hit one fairway at the 159 marker and couldn’t tell if I was in rough or on fairway. Greens only fair. Bunkers ok and tee boxes fair. It their going rate of 39$ it’s still a good deal. Recommend for those prices.
Golf
This golf course is in very good shape I've played here often and like the place can't go wrong. 80% of the greens are in great shape the others just a couple of patches here and there.
Not in the best shape.
Driving by made me want to play it because it looked to be in great condition but when you go out. The tee boxes were in rough shape and the greens weren’t in the best conditions either. Also dont book in the morning when the middle school kids are getting dropped off.
Wish they would post aeration
Great layout, love playing the course under normal conditions. Today was third time in three months that I booked a time the first day they opened back up after aeration. Wish they would post a warning since the greens were almost unplayable today.
This was our last aerification for the year. We are trying to route all of our players to our sister course (The River Club) when we aerify. Everything is back to normal now and there will not be any more aerifications. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have to keep our conditions top notch. Summer maintenance is unfortunately necessary.
Great value
A fun track, excellent condition - tee box to green. Super friendly staff.
Thanks. Out staff is the BEST!
Shortened round
I only got to play 4 holes before lightning chased me off the course.
Nothing we can do about lightning! Need to be safety first and offer rainchecks in these situations.
at least tell us the greens were aerated
Yes Tony, I got the email about the course being closed a few days for maintenance but there was no mention of aerated greens when I booked this round. And I have seen aerated green sanding done a lot better. Most courses give you the curtesy of letting you know of aerification. Played after noon. Stuck behind 4 young men playing from the black tees and dropping 2or 3 balls on multiple shots. Over 2.5 hours front nine and there was a ranger on the course? OK I am done complaining, still had a great time. The course is in great condition, and I appreciate that you continue to make improvements year after year. Even you bragging about the staff doesn't do them justice. Some of the nicest people on the planet. Just want to say thank you.
Thanks for the well thought out review. No one likes summer maintenance, but sadly it is very necessary. We try our hardest to balance the needs of customers and employees by closing the course for a week, then re-opening. We do this out of massive respect for our amazing employees. It’s not a perfect decision. I’m not capable of that. Just trying to make the best decisions I can. And let me brag on the staff one more time: We have the BEST and FRIENDLIEST staff in the business. Thanks for mentioning this. ALL the praise goes to our hard working employees!
Not much pleasure!
Group all like the course. However, we were not given notice that course was very recently punched (fairways ok) greens were also sanded. They were brutally slow and bumpy. No good way to putt, cup or pitch. And the round took 4:45 to play. Would not have booked had we been informed of conditions!
Fair for the money
The tee boxes and the greens are not in good shape. The fairways have held up through all the winter play but gt÷is need some love.
We recently aerified greens for this last time in 2026. We need to do our summer maintenance to continue to provide awesome conditions at the same price as a local muni course. It’s a minor inconvenience, and the greens are all back to normal now.
