Always a fun round. Course generally good conditions and pleasant staff.

Played this course a few times. It’s fun, but greens are terrible.

Other than that, the main issue is residents. This is now the 3rd time in a row having an issue with a resident and in this case, Was back to back on a Saturday morning. A group TOLD my group they were playing through us, didn’t ask, TOLD us. Somebody in my group of 4 said no and explained there was a 4 player group ahead of us barely 150 yards ahead of us. They started cussing and getting nasty and saying they lived there and had “rights”. Next hole ranger came to us and said we needed to speed up as we were looking at the people in front of us still barely 150 ahead of us, we asked him how he wanted us to speed up since they were so close in front of us and he shrugged and drove off. We watched him go back to the residents behind us and was chummy and happy with them, clearly friends. For the next 7 holes ranger watched us and the group behind us yelled and was calling us “slow as f$&&” and we “needed to be kicked off for being slow”, even the cart girl said they were being insane an were rude to her. Keep in mind every single hole we were back to back with the people in front of us and they had somebody in front of them. Finished the round and went to clubhouse, clubhouse had no reports from the biased ranger of anybody needing to speed up and even told me my group finished ahead of pace. Since this was now the 3rd time having similar experiences with residents, will not be back and would not recommend. Golf is supposed to be fun, not continuous experiences like that.

Friendly staff and very accommodating. The fairways are not well kept with patches of missing turf, sand, and weeds. The greens were in terrible shape. This could be a great place to play with major improvements.

It took 2 hours and 33 minutes to play just 9 NINE holes which I quit afterwards due to not enough time left to finish. There was a twosome in front of our threesome that took 6-8 shots to reach the green on almost every hole. Someone that has never played golf before should not be allowed on this quality of a golf course. I was too hot frustrated to ask for a 9 hole rain check. Thank you for considering a better effort to speed up play to the normal 4;10 hrs to 4:30 hrs at other courses. (Queen’s Harbor for example) Thanks again.

Course was in terrible shape. Should not have been charged to play there it was that bad.

First time we’ve played Magnolia. I had heard the greens were rough with lots of bare spots but it was worse than I had envisioned. Had to move my ball many feet left or right to get a cleanish line to the cup. Otherwise it was like putting on a bad fairway.

Got a great Hot Deal. But the course was in very poor shape. Incredibly slow greens. Ok layout but long distances between holes. Nice staff.

It's convenient to my location. Not the most spectacular course but a good value. Conditions are always good and employees are pleasant and friendly. Always GREAT WHEN WE GET A HOT DEAL ON TEEOFF.

We had an amazing time. But the course was in really bad shape. Greens shouldn’t look like sand traps

The course condition was really bad. Lots of bare spots in the fairways and the greens had bee aerated. They however were not just bad because of that. They seemed to be dead in a lot of places. The layout of the course and the holes was very good otherwise the course was not good. We won’t go back.

Played this course yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Stellar staff, great value, and work in progress greens. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The tee box’s were in excellent condition. The fairways were clean and well maintained. The only bad thing was a few of the greens were burnt and needed care. Considering this area had been in a drought should be considered. I had a fun challenging round. I look forward to playing there again.
