Lake Tahoe Golf Course

We arrived 30 min before our tee time, but were told they were short cart keys and to come back 10 min before our tee time. Nobody was on the tee box during our wait time for a cart. when we arrived 5 min before our tee time, we were met with Very disorganized starters. They sent off multiple groups within 10 mins, without checking start times or signing for carts. This contributed to the logjam which created a 5 hour round. Unacceptable, Both starters were arguing with each other and not paying attention to the times or flow. Check your logs, you'll see for yourself about start times and who signed for carts. 40 min from teeing off we finished the 2nd hole. Ridiculous.

We will give them the benefit of maybe a bad day and try one more round before our vacation ends next week, but these are all fixable problems management can address.

On a separate note, the bar tender is fantastic, she is super friendly and a true example of customer service. She was short handed running food and drinks but was consistently upbeat and attentive. Keep her at all costs. Take another look at your starters.

Staff was great, course shape was OK but really bumpy. Very scenic and a lot of fun. Thoroughly enjoyed the course and would certainly play again and highly recommend.

The course is in good condition and the pace was good.

Well kept course with amazing views on every hole.

Very crowded, understandably, facility welcomes all levels of players, locals and tourists, kids and seniors, and handles everything very well.

The course was in excellent condition. Greens fast and true. Amazing views as well. Great day of golf.

Crazy weather but good public course. Would play it again weather permitting.

The course is very challenging due to winds but it provides a fun experience. Though it was very busy the golfers respected the pace of play and allowed us to play through. Very enjoyable.

Was my first time and enjoyed it, the course lay out and conditions were good, friendly staffs too, it’s an hour drive from Reno but il definitely be back :-)

Course was great. Greens were playing very nice, wish the sand wasn’t filled with rocks but it’s manageable. Pace was great weather was great, nicest the course has ever played. Hole 11 has a tee box being replaced so you need to hit from a mat that sits right in front of a tree, or hit from the tips.

This course is a wonderful public course and the rates are incredibly reasonable. Don’t tell anybody

Fantastic to be able to access so early in the year. Course already in great condition. Greens not quite there but close. Staff friendly, and a great day out.
