About
Featuring snow-capped mountains draped upon the shores of Lake Tahoe, Edgewood Tahoe delivers one of the most scenic rounds of golf anywhere. The course, designed by George Fazio, the uncle of Tom Fazio, serves up these delicious views on NBC every July during the American Century Championship, a celebrity-infused golf party and stableford competition that draws the likes of Charles Barkley, Steph Curry and other famous faces to South Lake Tahoe.
The routing is characterized by tall, stately pines and water hazards. Nearly a dozen holes dogleg to the right, so it's player-friendly for all. Four holes roam upon the lake shore. No. 9 gives golfers a taste of its crystal blue waters, while the dramatic par 5-3-5 finish at holes 16 through 18 offer up risk-reward scenarios coupled by unmatched scenery.

Surreal!!!
Have you ever played golf inside a forested tree lined track, and along a waterfront lake at the same time? Well this is that place! Haven’t experienced anything like it. Pricey, but worth it for a bucket list check off course. Order a Bloody Mary, you’ll thank me later.
Beautiful course
Probably the nicest course I have ever played. Course was in great shape and every hole was beautiful. I would definitely recommend playing at least once in your life.
Amazing
The course was simply perfect...spectacular setting, pristine grass in all cuts...rough is challenging but fair. Greens were super fast but flawless. Scenery is unmatched, anywhere - better than Spyglass! Worth the price!
Had the course to ourselves!
Despite teeing off at ~1:30 PM, we were fortunate enough, just 2 days after the American Celebrity Tournament, to have the course to ourselves. The greens were fast and true (~12 on the Stimpmeter) the fairways like carpet and rough rather thick!
It’s a great layout, tough but not unfair and the views are some the best in the world.

Beautiful Venue
Great staff all around. Complimentary valet a bonus. Course in great shape for tournament next month. Had some super slow people in front but wasn’t the end of the world. Pricing, we had golf now at $180-210.00. Unfortunately pricing goes up to $425.00 after June 15-Sept 15. Sorry, it was fun but it’s not a $425.00 course. Would go $250-275.00, but that’s it. See you next year for discounted rates.
