Golfer Reviews
Nice track in great shape
Mirror Lake (lake course) is a fun round and the course is in great shape. They clearly have been caring for it. Only trouble was some confusion over the layout, so some more signage would help speed things up. The cart paths are pretty bad too, so just take it slow. I’ll also echo what everyone else is saying - they need to take that first cut down some. We lost quite a few balls that were great shots a couple of feet off the fairway, just completely buried in thick rough. No reason to have a first cut this deep on a course like this.
Horrible course
Paid $90 to play here and this is the condition of the greens. Absolutely unacceptable. For that kind of money, I expect a course to at least have playable, properly maintained putting surfaces. The green was covered in dark, damaged-looking patches and inconsistent areas that made putting frustrating and took away from the entire round.
I understand courses require maintenance and greens aren’t going to be perfect every day, but if the course is in this condition, charging full price without properly warning golfers beforehand is ridiculous.
At $90 a round, expectations are higher than this. I definitely did not feel like I received what I paid for. I would not recommend paying full price to play here until the greens are in significantly better condition.
Challenging but very good course
The course overall is a challenging course with all the water which makes it fun to play. It makes you make decisions utilizing almost every club in your bag. The first cut off the fairways was a little thick which it doesn't need to be for this course. Looking forward to my next round there.
Hanging On
The course is in decent shape. The greens are still recovering form aeration. May be a couple weeks before they are completely healed. Fast layout.
Work to be done
Mirror lake used to be a great course to play, but things have definitely changed for the worst. First for the cost of a round, the clubhouse should tell you if there are issues with the course before you go out. For example, the Greens not rolling smoothly. Second, the beverage cart should be moving around often enough to see you at least once on the front nine and once on the back nine. Never saw the card girl except for at the turn, where she was sitting in her cart on her phone, not paying attention to any golfers or making an eye contact. Third, I think the course should give you a small bucket of range balls, considering how much you pay for the round of golf.
Greens are horrible
Greens have been a joke since May. The rest is good except for the bunkers and random U.S. Open rough. This place is worth about $25. The ownership is determined to make Mirror Lake a goat track as soon as possible
Greens Heavily Sanded
Everything was great here, but heads up the greens are sanded and will take some putts from you.
Greens on the Lake course still not back from aeration, slow, bumpy and sanded.
Expensive for what it is, Staff and pro shop below average.
Went on the 4th to play a full 18 with a foursome. They closed the turn completely at “5:00” and even when we got there at 4:45 we couldn’t get in. Greens were very patchy and damaged
Mirror Lakes course
The course was in very good shape. It was clear they had recently punched the greens, but they were recovering nicely and did not impact putting. Although the course was very busy, the pace seemed to move really well.
I would definitely recommend, and plan to, playing this course.
Horrible Greens
Paid $90 to play, that was high for course conditions. Played the Lake Course. The fairways were pretty nice, but the greens were extremely bumpy. They should have noted that on Golf Now app, and reduced the price.Also…. You needed a 4x4 in most of the cart paths. I don’t plan to play there again.
Mirror Lake (Lake and Mtn Course)
Lake Course
Tee boxes-- Nice. Well‑kept and not chewed up.
Fairways — Very nice. Cut cleanly, great rollout, and visually appealing.
-Rough — Fair, but far too thick. Several balls were lost only a couple of feet off the fairway. It needs to be cut down to make play more reasonable.
-Greens — Poor. They’re not rolling true, and even short putts inside two feet are unpredictable. The surfaces need significant attention.
Mountain Course
Tee boxes — Nice and well maintained.
Fairways — Very nice, consistent with the Lake course.
Rough — Fair. Manageable compared to the Lake course.
Greens — Average. They roll more true than the Lake course and made for a more enjoyable round overall.
Overall Value
For $90 per round, the experience didn’t feel worth the price. The courses have potential, but the conditions—especially the greens on the Lake course and the overly thick, rough don’t match the cost. A bit more refinement and maintenance would go a long way toward justifying the rate.

Price to play was $80. Not worth it. Member for a day.
Lake course 6/12/26
Staff was super friendly and efficient at check in. Tees and fairways definitely helped by recent rain and both in really good shape. Greens…meh. The aeration is taking awhile to heal. Bumpy, bouncy, and would not hold the line. I’d expect this to be better in a few weeks. Overall ML is an excellent facility and good value. Two thumbs up.
Terrible
Cart paths and bridges are in terrible condition. Rounds take 6 hrs on weekends. I could go on and on.
