Phoenix Golf Club

I was told the greens were ok but they were terrible. Tee boxes at 45 degrees and pace of play was horrific some guy in jeans playing in front of us. Wouldn't bother glad we only paid £25 on gilf now and not the £40 they wanted in the pro shop

Played the phoenix course after work on friday.

Course was in great condition especially the greens. Quick play too which we enjoyed.

Really good condition. Fairways lush and tees were brilliant. Greens were firm and ran very true. Couldn't ask for better value for money

The course was boggy in places,greens uneven and slow.Temp tee boxes which is expected this time of year.

Course played well greens were great and bunkers full of sand but sad that on the quite side of the course there were a group of about 15 lads smoking and drinking plus there was dirt bikers bombing around , plus there was some dog walkers on the course

Great course once we found it as not well signed. Fantastic condition especially after the storm at the weekend. Greens were in amazing condition. Friendly staff.

Really well looked after course the greens are outstanding

Very dry as per most right now but could see the effort going into watering the greens through the day.

Slight criticism is that the tee boxes weren’t in great condition but otherwise course is good.

Ideally needs a bit more of a structure to the practice area but it serves a purpose.

Good having the bar attached to the course.

Very good challenging course. Do not be put off by the initial pulling up in the carpark. The staff extremely friendly and helpful, the course is challenging and kept in great condition. Definitely will play again and would recommend.
