Schaumburg Golf Club - Tournament/Baer Course

The.course layouts are fair and challenging with multiple tee positions. The course conditions are superb. Excellent practice facilities and clubhouse. The restaurant is 5 star and staff friendly, efficient and professional.

Not the longest course in the area but it’s very well kept.

Other than being rushed off the range to tee off 10 mins early, the day went great.

A beautiful course fairways are incredible, greens are great. The view on each hole was beautiful. The staff were amazing. Definitely I would recommend this course and would love to play there again, but a very hard course to book a tee time on a weekend early.

I was a bit surprised to see that it wasn’t cart path only this day, considering it had just rained steadily for two hours before my tee off time. I walked so it didn’t bother me, but some of the groups in front don’t realize that driving through the fairway (instead of driving the path and then going out to your ball) makes the course worse when it’s wet. I saw a few Marshalls around but don’t know if they said anything.

Pace of play was steady (I played at 11am and was done at 3)..all in all, a good course.

I haven't played Schaumburg for several years and like fine wine, the course has aged well. It's a beautiful and immaculate course that has nicely maintained fairways, tee boxes and greens. The bunkers have powdered like sand, which you don't typically find in Illinois. The course is fair but has some challenging holes and fair amount of water hazards.

Overall thought this course is in great shape. Tee boxes, traps, fairways and rough all in great condition. Greens were a bit quick but was able to adjust.
