Course is a college kid wasteland
I tried playing 18 on a Sunday afternoon. In no rush enjoying my round playing at a great pace. My group of 4 were right behind another group of 6 yes they let 6 go out but they were great in front of us. Issue was the 4 behind us had some girl screaming to hurry up and pick up our balls. The entire round nagging us with no way to speed up took us 3 and a half hours to play 11 holes it was miserable.
course not ready
The course needs some attention to many places. That should be good landing spots for your ball, but are troubled areas
tried and true
Good old course for quick round. Greens need a little work , but it is winter....Played this course for yrs. I keep coming back...
Nice course, but I'll walk next time.
Course was in good condition for early February. But I had to back up my cart repeatedly, as it locked up if I dared venture within 60 yards of the green. Next time I'll walk the course. As it was, I walked at least two thousand yards between my cart and ball.
Rough
It’s February, so ideal golf conditions are not to be expected. That said, I thought the course at RGA was much more beat-up than expected. Given the conditions, I felt a lower price was in order.
Nice course, but next time I'll walk.
Nice course, challenging enough for a player of my level and in decent condition considering it's early February. But next time I play here, I'll walk. If you drive your cart within 70 yards of the center of the green, it stalls and you have to back out. No warning beep if you get too close. Walked almost as far between cart and greens as I would have had I simply walked the entire course.
Meh
Greens were soft but that meant incredibly torn up from pitch marks, rolled slow and bumpy. Course layout was fine but nothing great, typical North Carolina layout. Played short, quite uninspired overall. Felt like I wasted my time and money.
4/10 Course
Awful greens and not a nice course. Plenty of better options for the money. Spend a little bit more to play a nicer course with good greens.
