I do not under stand why over seeding is not done in fairways.

You can do better!
I love Wendell CC. Good value! You need to invest in your course and your staff. No Marshall on the course, and the fairways have way too much dirt. Wendell is growing fast and you have much more business than you have had over the last 20 years. Reinvest that money in you course and you will see dividends.

Pleasant experience

Tricky greens
The greens here are very fast and tricky. The layout has something for everyone. I played solo and was done in 2.5 hours.

A little overbooked but nice course
This was a decent little course. It was about 5800 from the white tees and most of the holes pressed up against 2 others. There was a lot of waiting due to the shear number of people playing with multiple groups waiting to tee off on most holes. The layout was pretty fun and straightforward.

Underwhelmed
Had a 2pm reservation, yet 3 groups on the tee at 1:55-2-10, back nine not available due to a tournament on the course , not told about that . Pace was horrible all day. Young drinkers ahead of us, never offered to let us (3) play through, left clubs on the ground, beer cans on the fairway, etc,(no Marshalls?.? ) thank goodness the weather was perfect and the course perfect. Will try it again and hope for better results.

Wendell cc review
This course is a good deal for the golfer wanting to play a wide open layout for a moderate price. Week days the course is not crowded but the weekends can be. This course suits players who normally play public courses and are not willing to spend $50.00 - $75.00 for a Donald Ross type course.
