Great greens
Pace of play was great, greens were in great shape. Fairways were inconsistent with dirt and needing rain in areas. Lots of par 3s on the front for good scoring opportunities

Worth a Try
A short blue collar type course but fun. 6100 yards from the tips. Fairways were rock hard with a lot of hard pan and areas that should have been marked GUR. They were doing a lot of tree work and that created the need for GUR.
Greens were on average smaller than most but rolled ok. Better than Crossings in my opinion. Interesting layout with a few
Long par threes and short par 5s and 4s.
For the $26 I paid as a Hot Deal in todays inflationary world I give this course a thumbs up.

Great customer service
I booked the tee time on-line, mentioning in the notes that we would just play 9. Alas, we were inadvertently charged for 18, and I did not realize that till I got home after the 9 holes. I called Robbie, the manager and without hesitation, he gave us rainchecks for the 9 we did not play. No hassle, no squabbling, just great customer service.
While not the most plush and scenic course around, it is a good value and still a test for my novice wife and novice self. Nice, clean carts too!

Good course, need Marshall’s to speed up play
Becoming a regular course for me. Don’t loose many if any balls. On weekends, don’t see Marshall’s past the 1st tee. Got stuck behind a 4 some with 1 guy walking. Need to speed it up, can’t do 5 hour round often.
Staff at desk are nice and friendly. Clubhouse is small but - cold beer, hot dogs and fries - good enough for me.
Give it a try, you won’t be sorry.

Course was in good condition
And playing was a challenge but I enjoyed it

Needs a little rest
Even after intense rains the night before the fairways conditions and tee boxes are really deteriorating. Maybe plug the main fairways, reseed, fertilizer wouldn't hurt and shut down the course for 10 days maintenance. While at it, let rebuild some or all the tee boxes. I know the members and non mems would appreciate it later. Still a have great greens and wonderful staff.

Nice for the price
Fairways a little rough but not bad. Greens were in great shape. Staff very friendly. Had a great day.

1st timer, last timer
As of today, virtually no grass on the course, mostly dirt and very dry. The greens are incredibly sloped and very difficult to putt. On one hole I had a 6 foot uphill putt that touched the front lip and rolled back, downhill and off the green and ended up 45 feet away. For sure I would never play here again. Would not recommend this course at all.

Good Value for the Money
This golf course is a good value for the money. Tee to green was in ok shape....about what I expected. Fairways were hard due to a lack of recent rain. The greens were in great shape. They held pretty well and putted true.
