Great time at the Ridge
Great time as always at the Ridge. Pace was a little slow but not too bad! Staff awesome as always!

Cancelled a booked tee time - no reason no notice
Booked a hot deal here and they cancelled it for no reason. Lame to not provide a reason - very lame.
Ridge Auburn
No starter or Marshall reminding players to limit pall searches to 1 minute and to keep up with the group ahead. Condition of fairways was very thin and

Great day at the ridge, got a tee time at a great price, and the guys I played with were great
The Ridge
Excellent round of golf but extremely dificult. I did not play well but the greens were ridiculously fast. One of the fastest I have ever played. Greens have significant undulations that made it feel like you were always putting downhill. In order to score well you need an excellent short game especially around the green. It was a fun day but challenging.
Greens are quick and roll true.
Modern layout but plays old school. Distance is not a issue but you need to be below the hole. Know the pins or go with someone who does.

to be accurate. Greens play fast. Well maintained except tarps. They play wet and firm
The Greens Are Great
Overall, the course is in great shape. The greens are smooth and very fast. The fairways were a little wet in spots, but not patchy like most courses this time of year. I will definitely return.
Fathers Day with my daughters
My daughter surprised me and asked if I wanted to play golf last minute. We arranged a tee time for 6pm. Everything was ready when we arrived, the pro in the shop was super friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed ourself and will be back. Thank you!
Overwatered Back 9 But Great Course
Very challenging course, made more so by teeing off early in morning with low sun on horizon that affected drives on #1 and other holes. Incredibly fast and undulating greens, among the most difficult I have ever played. Picked up a fair number of mudballs in the fairway on the back 9. Amenities overall good but the grill could not get the TV channel carrying the US Open that day? I had to leave a golf course to watch the US Open? wow.
Since I teed off early, on a weekday the pace of play was not a problem. But I have to believe anyone teeing off after 9 am is going to have some problems getting done under 4 hours.
Excellent Shape
The Ridge was in excellent shape. Tee boxes and fairways were pristine. The greens are still recovering from being aerated, but they were coming along nicely. The bunkers were a bit of letdown; some were nice, while others were muddy.
I always enjoy The Ridge and I will certainly be returning.

it was just a clerical error and they fixed it. I asked golfnow to remove this review, the issue was really more golfnow's fault than the course due to the poor automatic email they sent me. anyway I hope this review comes down soon - it shouldn't be up here, it's a great challenging course
