The Ridge Golf Course & Events Center

Slow pace of play with a two-some ahead of us even had a dog on the course. Otherwise greens were great condition for late winter/ early spring.

After 1 hour, we had played 3 holes. We called the Pro Shop and were told they did not have a Marshall.. Fairways are very thin with mud in many locations. We tried moving our ball to a blade of green grass but in many situation there was no grass available Greens were in equally poor condition. We have enjoyed this course in prior years, but will wait awhile before we return. Hopefully, things will improve.

Rather than calling the times as they were booked, the starter decided to play matchmaker and put my brother and I with a couple. She was a beginner. It was a miserable day. My brother also went in to pay before I got there and was charged $20 more than our booking price. He went back and showed the woman at the counter our reservation email and she promptly flipped him a $20. The course layout is such that on several holes you are at risk of being hit by a wayward ball. The greens are in good shape, but whoever designed the course needs to understand that with sand traps everywhere, water hazards on several holes, adding greens that basically never offer a straightforward putt makes a sunny day on the course a less than positive experience. Too many good courses in the area. I will never play this one again.

I had 7:20 tee time,single rider and other people that was supposed to play with me didn't show,so I played through 1 group n had a great round nobody holding me back but me!!!!Only thing missing was on the turn the bar n restaurant was still closed,would've bn nice to get a snack or something to drink????

Great course, but way overbooked. Played here on a busy sunday. There was a frost delay until 9am and play was incredibly slow. They let a party of 6 out in front of us delaying the already slow play. No marshals in sight all day. Started play 20 minutes late of our 1:40pm tee time and only made it through 15 holes in 4.5 hours.

The course is challenging and fun which made up for some of the slow play frustration. I’ll try to play here again on a weekday next time.

The golf carts were like riding in your couch at home. Very comfy.

My only thing I can see is the sand traps. Too many stones and pebbles.

Very good shape with little ruff before ob. Lots of up and down.

Very nice course in excellent contdition. Challenging layout with multiple tees to fit every golfer.

Been wanting to play this for a bit and finally made the drive, fabulous course. Fast, difficult greens.fairways in good shape. Narrow fairways too so bring A game. Restrooms and facilities are clean and nice. Def will play again.

My wife and I played The Ridge Golf Course yesterday, and we had a blast. The course was in great shape, the layout is fantastic, and the employees/staff are so helpful and friendly. This is a challenging course, but not overbearingly so, and the scenery is just gorgeous. If you have not given The Ridge a try, you should. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended!
