About
Sea Scape Golf Links in Kitty Hawk, N.C. is one of the premier courses on the Outer Banks. The course has the feel of a traditional Scottish links layout thanks to the seaside location and landscape of windswept dunes. The golf course differs from a classic open links design because of the coastal forests that accent the terrain, which provides some shelter from the ocean breezes. The vibrant blue waters contrast beautifully with the dark green treetops. The most challenging feature of the golf course is the constant up and down. Golfers will face uneven lies as well as blind shots. Sea Scape Golf Links is relatively short at 6,131 yards from the back tees but it plays longer due to the variety of elevation changes, which range from subtle to dramatic.

Surprisingly a nice challenge for a short course
Very interesting layout with tight fairways and elevation changes. Greens putted true but are not too difficult. Overall a very good course for the cost.

Sea Scape adventure
We played a nice course in good condition and a reasonable challenge. There are a lot of vacation golfers so expect a slower pace.
The course is interesting because it navigates through dunes, houses and apartments.
I will play it again.

Solid course but greens way too slow.
Definitely worth playing and especially if you can get a reasonable rate. For mid handicap and lower the greens are way too slow in my opinion.
Challenging Fun to Play
Two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. Plenty of seaside vegetation and sand yet open fairways to hit on. First timers may have a hard time on some of the more challenging holes. Dog legs right and left where the flag are not visible make managing the course a must. Enjoy.

Nice Course
Course was in good condition overall. A nice amount of elevation change and blind shots, particularly for a coastal course. Greens in good but not great condition. Friendly and courteous staff. We are looking forward to playing here again on our next Trip to the OBX.

Nice place
Overall decent course that i got a deal on for 18. Beautiful surroundings, greens/tee boxes were hit or miss. Would definitely play again.

Where’s The Ranger?
On vacation, I booked a tee time as a single. The fairways, greens and playing partners were all great. Only problem was we had a group of three ahead of us playing loud music and drinking. At one point, they were actually playing bumper cars in the middle of the fairway with their carts. We would have reported these guys but didn’t see a ranger all day. The cart girl was terrific.

Good course with some good holes
Good golf course, feels more like a parkland course than links style. Also no practice range and chipping area needs improvement.

Poor conditions and Gimmicky layout.
Greens rolled crazy slow with ball marks everywhere on all greens. Short course with trouble lurking on most holes. Bring plenty of balls.
Pace was good at just under 4 hours, but still probably the worst course in the Obx area in my opinion

It’s a beautiful course but not very maintained. Especially for the money. The greens had so many divots. Putting was next to impossible.

Amazing Golf Course!
The course was in the most idea and perfect conditions! Great “risk/reward” holes, with hidden doglegs and reachable Par 4s.
