About
Sea Scape Golf Links in Kitty Hawk, N.C. is one of the premier courses on the Outer Banks. The course has the feel of a traditional Scottish links layout thanks to the seaside location and landscape of windswept dunes. The golf course differs from a classic open links design because of the coastal forests that accent the terrain, which provides some shelter from the ocean breezes. The vibrant blue waters contrast beautifully with the dark green treetops. The most challenging feature of the golf course is the constant up and down. Golfers will face uneven lies as well as blind shots. Sea Scape Golf Links is relatively short at 6,131 yards from the back tees but it plays longer due to the variety of elevation changes, which range from subtle to dramatic.

Seascape back in great shape!
Course has fully recovered from last year's winter kill. Shoutout to Grace, who runs their carts and greets you in the parking lot. Best ever at her job!

Surprising
It is tighter and tougher than it seems. No 2 holes the same interesting play. No real sand.

The price is a deterrent to play again
I've played this course every year for the past 5 or 6 years along with the other penninsula course, currituck club, The Pointe, Kilmarliv, and Carolins club. Considering currituck is $150 for a morning round, seascapes ($94)is nowhere near the quality of currituck. Also, the inland courses (kilmarlic and Carolina club are much much nicer for less and have almost no issue with speed of play). Today, I was disappointed to find a morning round cost $94, which really isn't justifiable given the course layout, course conditions, and the 3 slow groups in front of us.
I do like this course but for less money you can have the course to yourself inland.

This is a great course for vacationers. The staff is very friendly . The course is kept in good condition and the fairways are wide enough to accommodate most casual golfers without too much trouble.
They provide a guide showing the layout of each hole and yardage from various points on the fairways.

Enjoyed the round
Played in the afternoon and the course was not crowded. Mel and Quentin super friendly and helpful staff. Course was in great shape.

Sea Scape
Has a blast playing this course. A little long for seniors but immaculate fairways and superb greens. Lots of doglegs and will test your course management. Will definitely play again and I give it 5 stars. Bring your A game!

Steady play
Course was in decent shape, back nine was in much better shape than the front nine. Enjoy the 3 par fives on the front nine. Several interesting holes on the back nine. The Sandtrap is a great spot for an after round drink. Staff very friendly. Good value.

Good day
Played this course for free after winning free foursome at another tournament. Stopped by the day before to check the layout. Staff .in pro shop were very friendly and helpful. When we played the course was in great condition, the greens were very good and rolled true with nice pace. Some very interesting holes with very scary optics! We had no wind but wind could make the play pretty tough! A fun round. Would come back again. Oh yeah, a good breakfast before round at clubhouse too!!

Another Fun Round
My brother in law and I decided to try again. We had a fun round on Monday but it was cold, rainy, and windy. Today was just cold and windy. We both like the layout. The greens are in great shape...and fast...way faster than what we are use to. Fairways were ok for the middle of winter. Definitely have to be in the fairways...not much room on either side. I may have to try one more time before heading north.
