About
Situated at the base of the Conejo Mountain, Camarillo Springs Golf Course was carefully carved from the mountain's towering rock formations but it gets its name from the scenic water features that can be found throughout. Naturally, water is the primary challenge on this course, coming into play on eleven holes. There are also long par 3s that will require a sharp iron game. The course offers a fair test of your skills but the elevation changes are modest and the player-friendly fairways are wide and forgiving, which make the course more accessible to beginners. The golf course has a memorable start with a par-4 second hole, which is a tricky dogleg left from an elevated tee that features one of the best views on the course. The consistently good course conditions and the affordable rates have garnered Camarillo Springs a strong following among local golfers.

Sloooooooow
Our twosome was paired with another twosome. We teed off at 12:25 on a Saturday morning. Didn’t finish our round until 5:43!!! When the backup started at Hole 3, we knew we were in for a long day, but not 5-1/2 hours!! Ridiculous! No marshaling pace of play??!!! On thé plus side, gorgeous course; not especially challenging, not easy; just right.

Considering all the rain the course is in pretty good shape. A few muddy areas but it's playable and the price is right.

Best it's ever been!
Lush, green fairways, emerald greens, green hills all around, lakes full of fresh water....all this rain has made the course -- in the words of a playing partner who's been coming to it over 30 years -- "The best it's ever been!" Definitely fun!

Really Muddy
8/9/10 are closed because they are flooded out.
Should be like $20 to play. It is usually a fun course, so the weather didn't help them at all. Staff is great and its not their fault. I'm going to give it till it dries up to play again.

Camarillo Springs
Very wet and half the holes were flooded and closed.
The open holes had very long ruff Lost 9 balls.

Bring extra balls
Beautiful location for a golf course. However the course it’s self is very overgrown. After hole 5, even hitting balls in the fairway they would disappear. If you miss the fair way, good luck finding your ball.
Half of the cart paths were rivers due to all the rain. I’m sure this will clear up eventually.

Might be the worst course that I have ever played
This course is in bad shape, from the driving range nets being completely tattered to the pro shop looking like a 70's building that was deserted in the 80's. As for the course, it is in terrible shape. Some of that is due to the rains that turned it into a swamp, but you can tell that the upkeep is subpar. I didn't read reviews until the day before I played so I was kind of locked in at that point. That being said, I will not play this course again. I hope they use the bad reviews to do something about it, because the setting amongst the mountain range is beautiful.

Well worth the money to play!
It's a little rough in places but very lush and playable. Considering all the rain we've had it's in darn good shape. You certainly can't beat the price and the staff is very helpful.
The hillsides and rock formations are very beautiful right now. Well worth the price to play!

Bang for your buck
After the rain this month Cam Springs was looking great! A lot more greener than what we’re used to. Water is now present which is nice to see, my only concern is the over grown edges of the track.

Pro shop employee
It’s 3/7 I’m set to tee off at 12 noon and they have an open tee sheet so I asked them if I can tee off earlier. They said no it will be $20 extra dollars regardless if I prepaid. This place is JOKE hopefully they close down soon or get an investor to bring this place back to a respectable place to golf. Club house is a joke, pro shop is crap, and the course is unattended to.
