About
Situated at the base of the Conejo Mountain, Camarillo Springs Golf Course was carefully carved from the mountain's towering rock formations but it gets its name from the scenic water features that can be found throughout. Naturally, water is the primary challenge on this course, coming into play on eleven holes. There are also long par 3s that will require a sharp iron game. The course offers a fair test of your skills but the elevation changes are modest and the player-friendly fairways are wide and forgiving, which make the course more accessible to beginners. The golf course has a memorable start with a par-4 second hole, which is a tricky dogleg left from an elevated tee that features one of the best views on the course. The consistently good course conditions and the affordable rates have garnered Camarillo Springs a strong following among local golfers.

Hidden Gem
Although the fairways could be in better shape, this is a fun and challenging course for players of every level with very reasonable green fees.

No carts available,
No carts available, and when they did give us one it died in the second hole. You get what you pay for and less.

Pace of play
Pace of play was excruciating, had enough after 15. That's all I got for ya .know need to revisit this tract.

Pretty good for the money
The conditions aren’t the best around but it’s not very crowded and it’s a great value. The greens are in good condition but I wouldn’t say the rest of the course is

This course has seen better days
This could be a decent course but conditions of the course are the worst in Ventura County

Drove by for years. Finally played.
Definitely worth the money if only for the setting. The drainage is not great with many soggy places even after three days to dry out from an earlier a rain. It could do with better signage as I had no idea where holes 8-10 were (under a bridge with the cart path covered in mud).

So sad
Fairways are all burned out….. driving range looks like a haunted house with nets swaying in wind. They’re also making it a 12 hole course . Stay away….. it’s on its last leg

Rancid smell
A sewage smell rolled through thicker than peanut butter!! Ruined the experience. The course is very average and not very well taken care of
Thank you for letting us know, and we apologize for the experience you had. As for the sewage smell, the golf course borders the Camarillo Sanitary Water Reclamation Facility, and unfortunately we cannot control the direction the wind blows. Have a great day.

Could be nice
The only thing nice on the course are the greens. and directly around them. For $18 with a cart I figured I would just move my ball to grass when I was sitting on dirt. They’re trying to make it a 12 hole golf course with houses around it but the city won’t let them. So they’re just letting it go. It’s always been a decent layout and would have potential if somebody took care of it.

The customer service , course , carts are less then average. Price is to expensive for this course .
