Excellent
Excellent shape fairways bunkers greens but missed the drinking water
Great value
Good course for recreational golfers. Great value on green fees, pro shop and snack bar.
Course was nice but pace of play was atrocious
The course was nice, but there was a 4 man bestball tournament ahead of us and they were SO SLOW. We even had to start 20 minutes later than our tee time because of them. How does a 4 man bestball team hold up a regular foursome for 5 minutes at every hole. Ridiculous. Took a little over 5 hours to play a round of golf on a weekday.
Course
This was a beautiful course very friendly staff driving range was iron only but inexpensive to get balls. Played course many years ago and still quality
Pleasant surprise
My wife and I'd first time playing Sewell's Point golf course. What a gem for a 97 year old golf course. What a marque with Donald Ross as the architect and Arnold Palmer having played an exhibition there. Marvelous! Course conditions all around very good. Practically no weeds. Putting greens hold approach shots and roll well. Pro shop is well stocked. I am a PGA Member from Florida and went into Pro Shop to express my above feelings to the golf pro who due to it being Monday was playing golf in a tournament. Good for him. We hope to return next year so I could tell him in person.
Great course conditions
I've played here often. Was looking for a round on the weekend and was surprized to see Sewells on Tee-off. It was a good price and i like the course so it was a no-brainer. Course is in great shape and the staff is always friendly. I will be back!
Excellent
Fairways Greens are in Great shape bunkers were not matching perhaps the rains??
Excellent
Excellent fairways greens only the bunkers don’t match the class of the rest of the course
Fantastic Experience at Sewell's Point Golf Course: Beautiful Fairways, Greens, and Top-Notch Service
I had a very good experience at Sewell's Point Golf Course. The fairways and greens were in pristine condition, making for a visually stunning and enjoyable round of golf. The course itself was well-maintained, and the beauty of the landscape added to the overall experience.
The staff were exceptional—friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly throughout the round. One of the highlights was finishing the round in just 3 1/2 hours, which is a testament to both the efficient pace of play and the overall organization of the course.
Overall, Sewell's Point Golf Course is a fantastic place to play, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great golfing experience.
Great course!
Took a little while to get through the round (tournament ahead of our group) which was no problem considering how nice this course is! I give it a ten!
Nice track- slow pace of play.
One of the nicer courses in the area. Just wish pay supply was better. They could’ve used the Ranger to speed things up.
