About
The Links at Victoria Golf Course has a convenient location in Carson that is easily accessible from the South Bay, downtown Los Angeles, or Orange County. William Bell, the mastermind who crafted the Torrey Pines courses, also designed the Links at Victoria. The course has a traditional design that features wide, gently undulating fairways and large, well manicured greens. It's not an overly challenging course but there are some holes that will make you think and you'll find that accuracy and a good strategy are both generously rewarded. The wide-openness of the front nine provides a gentle start to the golf course while the tighter back mine presents greater challenges. It's a good round for learning beginners and more advanced golfers will find it to be a fun, quick round for an affordable price.

Poor Victoria
This course is sad. Most of the fairways are dirt or covered with weeds. and maybe some grass here and there. The greens are in good shape...thank God. The course layout is nice it’s just a shame it has been is disrepair for awhile now.

NEVER COMING BACK
the fairway has more dirt than grass. you can also smell some weird gas towards the back line. i would not come back even if i was offered to play here for free. worst golfing experience ever.

You get what you pay for
Very affordable price. However, don’t expect the fairways at Augusta National. A lot of dead/dirt where fairway should be. Take it for what it’s worth. I enjoyed the course and the pace of play was pretty quick considering how many people were there.

Cow pasture
This course looks like they have completely given up on grass , the greens were good however the fairways are grassles. Do not waste your money or time

Great greens rest of the course is pure garbage.

BMX track
The course felt more like we were golfing on a BMX track. The fairways were horrible! The greens were fair.

Where is this course?
I understand they’re planning on getting rid of this 18 hole course. Seems like they already have and charging you $30 to walk this hard pan, mole-hole riddled course anyhow. Not worth it, even when every course is booked and you want to play. They should crap or get off the pot.

Fun but challenging
Good design and fun course!! Fairways are really beat up, lots of dirt and mud instead of fairway grass!! Some tough challenges for beginners but all around a good course

Open, no wait, no fairway grass. To be expected, after all it is Victoria. Greens are in decent shape.

It's a shame this place is in ruin.
The clerk in the pro shop told me that the city of Los Angeles, who runs the course, is considering re-purposing the golf course. What a shame to lose this track. The layout is nice, the course is challenging, but the fairways and greens are pitiful. There were only three fairways with grass that would resemble a nice course. The rest were barren hard pan. The greens are linoleum fast and the fairways were rock hard. Still, any day playing golf, regardless of the condition of the course, beats pulling weeds. GO and play Victoria Park and see for yourself.
