Good value
Not the first time playing here, staff always very friendly. Carts have seen better days and the tee boxes could use a little TLC, however the greens were absolutely in great shape, rolled true and looked great
Great course
Lots of long par 4s. Tee boxes and fairways in good condition. Greens rolled true and were well maintained. Carts have a tracker on it so be extra mindful where you drive. Would definitely go back again on a cooler day.
Great course for all levels
I haven’t played here for a year. Never had issues with the course. Don’t play it much because of the distance from my house. So glad to have gone back. The course is beautiful. It is well maintained and I’m sure the natural rain we have had helps.
Their carts are gas and relatively new but the have GPS and the geo-mapping can be off on some carts, making you having to back up and get to the cart path. I actually had my cart die when my cart was right next to the cart path. The carts start to beep when it senses it is near an out-of-bounds area, but the volume is so low, you can’t hear it over the gas engine. These carts do not have lcd screens with maps.
Not enough to keep me away. I will go back several times this year!
Good course to play
I've played this course quite a bit and this was the best condition it's been in. The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were in excellent shape.

Oh it was hot all right
I stopped here on my way down from VA after seeing my daughter in Norfolk. I had to get 18 in before I headed to Florida. I was quite surprised at the beauty of this course as I didn't seem to be on the charts so to speak. The pace was slow because of a foresman front of me that didn't seem to care I was by myself behind them, but that gave me more time to take in the beauty and the conditions of this course. Excellent!
Suffolk golf course
The course was in excellent condition! The staff was extremely friendly! Only down fall was they did not have a cart come around for snacks or drinks although there were plenty of water coolers throughout the course. I will be back!
