Greens and tee boxes terrible. Bad to the point it should have been disclosed

Tee boxes and most greens were in terrible shape. It was a very fun course to play but the price is way too high.

This course would be good at $20. The greens were half dead and just putting on dirt. Tee boxes were all dirt and ground was so hard tee would not go in.

There they charged me extra $5 cause I used the app. Then they over booked tee times, it was 10 people sitting on tee box waiting to tee off. Took us 3.5 hours to play 9 holes.

My friend and I played here on 8/22/24. I traveled 2 hrs to meet an old friend and play 18. I struggled to rate my experience at 3 stars. The greens were in horrible shape as were most of the tee boxes.

Bunkers were rock solid. Surprisingly the fairways were in great shape. But what's with the large tongue depressors for yardage markers? I'd like to give 5 stars for the lady behind the lunch counter. She was working all alone and handled all her orders very well.

Kinda crazy that the lunch counter rated higher than the course.

Stumpy is a great place to play for the price. Well maintained course.

Just can't get into any rhythm when you wait 3-5 minutes almost every stroke. I would rather pay $25 more for a round pace of play golf, than this nonsense.

disappointing

The absolute worst golf course I’ve ever played. Do not waste your time and money playing here. Most of the tee boxes didn’t have grass on them and almost every green was missing grass and was half black. The course was totally unplayable. The fairways were like playing in a swamp. We left after 9 because we literally couldn’t play golf. Only good part was the starter Dicky, he was the man. Do not play here!

Yeah, it rained a ton over the week, but seen that before playing elsewhere. Course was well laid out and scenic. Conditions were literally swampy. Standing water all around and the ground like stepping on a soaked sponge. Puddles stopped any roll and the ball hit and stuck in place or made 2" divots and stopped anther foot away. Maybe will try another time after a long dry spell. Skeeters were enough to make it just that level worse. Pace of play....nobody to push those who were at a sloth's pace...ladies in front had zero etiquette on not standing around at the cart, the only going out to swing after others all took turns being the turtle who never swung a club. Carts were pretty good Yamaha. Basic but good.

Even though it was hot we played early and did okay. The course was in relatively good condition. We had a good time.
