Fox Hollow Golf Club

Beautiful course, maintained nicely, however was very wet in some areas due to heavy rains the night before. Back 9 is more difficult than the front, but maybe I'm just bitter because I didn't play that well. It was so hot and humid, it was hard to concentrate on much else! LOL My husband "lost" a couple of balls on long, straight fairway shots, which was strange, but it is a beautiful track, and one of the finest in the area.

Second time playing this course. Still do not have my lines right off the tee....Greens and fairways were in great shape Last time I played (two weeks ago) it was very soggy due to the rains in September. This time we were allowed to drive on the fairways.

This was the first time playing this course. It was in fantastic shape but the pace of play was far too slow. There were 15 people already on whole number one when we arrived at the tee. There was no starter present so it was a bit of a car wreck trying to figure out what was going on. A six hour round on a Friday morning is just not acceptable. I would love to play it again when it is not so crowded.

The course was awesome! First time playing and couldn’t have been more happy with it. The range was easy to get balls for and the round with very smooth. Nice golf carts with gps. Only complaint was that the back 9 tee boxes were either being repaired or just couldn’t mow they with all the rain and we’re furry.

Course was packed. 10:52 teetime bumped to 11:15 AM and waiting on every tee. Long day on a nice course.

Course was wet, which wasn't their fault, but the pace of play certainly was. There were no carts available for us so we had to wait which tells you they overbooked. Then it took us 5 hours and I actually didn't even finish #18. Absolutely atrocious. This is why people quit playing. Five hours!

By far one of if not the best course in the greater Tampa area, especially for the money. Don't bother with TPC Tampa, Fox Hollow is far superior.

We enjoyed this course very much. The course had dried out fairly well from the recent abundance of rain. The greens were in pretty good condition. We are visiting from out fo state and would have played here 2 days in a row of we’d known it was this good. Unfortunately we already set up a tee time at another course for tomorrow. We would definitely play here again.

VERY good course. It was wet, even soggy. But that is Summer in Florida. Carts on the paths only, so it slowed us down. But there were no other players on the course (we played at noon, in the heat). Lots of sand traps, in the fairways and around the greens. Must put the ball in the right spot for a good approach. Looking forward to playing again when it is drier - maybe in January!

Other than 3 holes which were cat path only to due to previously heavy rain, the course condition was superb, especially when compared to other courses. A ranger would have been appreciated to speed up play..
