Good experience
Considering that we were playing at the beginning of March after a fairly cool and drab February, I thought the course was in pretty decent shape and slightly better in terms of layout and conditions than the other off-island courses in the area. The greens were in good (but not great) shape, but very puttable. The only real negative was that that the cart paths were very bumpy in spots due to tree root growth. All staff were very helpful and pleasant. Overall a good golfing experience and a good value.
Canadians play golf
Great day on the course and plus better than shovelling snow
Pleasant surprise
First time at Eagle’s Point. Just played 9 holes but it was enough to make me want to return for a full 18. Very friendly pro shop and back shop. Tees were a little rough, greens were slow but loved the layout. Bunkers and fairways in great shape. New carts. Range and short game areas in excellent condition.
Fun Course in SC
I have driven by this course multiple times and wanted to play the Par 3 that you see from the road. It was a fun course that had some challenges, but nothing too crazy. I would love to come play it again when it is not as wet.
Eagles Point Fun
Always a fun course to play. The greens have improved since last year. The sand traps need TLC and had puddles from previous rain. The greens show some fescue but were puttable. If I paid 120.00 would not be happy. However, for a reasonably priced course it is fun with nice people running it. The starter, inside employees and cart workers were very nice.
Nice layout
The pace of play needs to be improved. When we went to hole one there were three different groups already golfing on hole one and another group waiting to tee off and then our group waiting so that makes five visible groups on hole one. Maybe spread out the tee times??
Please replace the disgusting water in most of the ball washers…. Some ball washers didn’t have any water.
No rakes on some sand traps.
Needs a lot of work
On vacation and the price was right, but I would compare the conditions to the worst course I won't play at home. The sand traps were full of water, and very little sand. The greens were so damaged and bumpy that putting was a joke. Not many of the local courses have much grass at this time of the year and this was pretty thin in the fairways and rough. The cart paths are so bumpy it hurts to drive over them. The course is a good layout and has potential, but it needs a lot of work. The best thing was they had $2 beer at the turn.
Adequate condition for the price.
Not championship condition, but still fun to play. Excellent value on GN.
Getting close to being nice
Overall only real issue was greens. They were not bad at all but liked like they hadn’t been cut in a week or more. They were full and Rich in color with thick coverage. Just hairy from not being cut. As soon at that begins happening in the spring will likely be a great course.

Extremely slow pace of play based off a lot of seniors. . Greens slow and patchy. After the first hole I knew I was in trouble. Didn’t roll a single end over end putt. Plinko greens. Paid $60 around 1pm. Wouldn’t pay $30 to play again. The layout was awesome though could be an amazing track with a little TLC.
Enjoyed the course
First time I played here. Much different layout than I was used to playing. Large sand traps. Probably need to have a good handle on pitching from sand. Greens were a little rough and hard to read as a result. I would definitely play here again. Walked over to pick up the rake after a sand chip. Large alligator lying about 5 feet from rake, so my confession is I didn't rake that trap. Saw some signs that said don't throw objects at alligators. I don't know if there is any object I could throw that far.
