3rd hole still needs to be fixed from winter flooding and encountered some bare spots. Pace of play right about 4 hours. Hopefully 3rd hole is repaired soon.

The creek running through the middle of most of the course makes it very challenging so it's imperative that you do not slice the ball. Straight shots and baby draws are the ideal on most of the holes. I thought the greens were very consistent.

Challenging layout for all levels of play, especially from the back tees. Greens are in great shape and bunkers appear to have been filled with new sand following all the rain we've had recently. I played a little after 12pm and finished in 4 hours and 30 minutes which is not bad for a public course. Great staff and drink cart will be around often enough.

The course is in good shape ,nice and green for the most part. Pace of play has greatly improved. The course is challenging in a good way. The greens are in great shape. I look forward to playing here again.

It would have been nice for someone to mention the fairways were airated before we tee'd off, but the bunkers really need some TLC! Added sand would be nice at the least. Otherwise the course is on the mend from all the rain we had in January and February.

This course is challenging and has great greens considering it's a public course. People complain about the fairways not being in great shape, but they're good enough. You can't expect country club conditions at municipal prices. Friendly staff with a challenging course with good variety of holes. Played in a foursome on a Saturday and finished in 4 hours.

While course is pretty flat, still a very playable an enjoyable experience. Not in the greatest condition, but good enough to practice your skills. Greens were remarkably true . overall very nice experience.

The course is fairly good shape considering the storm that caused flooding & the loss of over 30 trees. Some of the fairways need some maintenance but the putting greens are in good shape. Some clean up of the creeks will help to get rid of the standing water & some of the insects.

Pace of play was fairly slow (5 hours for 4-some). Post rain, so fairways were a little wet. Greens were in excellent condition. Staff friendly, cart gal came around 4 different times.

Greens were really nice as most of the previous reviews stated but fairways were non-existent. "Need more maintenance on fairways" as some reviewed is a completely understatement, at the least for the day we played. Except from that, it is a nice muni, with friendly staff and superb pace of play.

The FWs are never in great shape but their greens are typically great. Course has enough challenge to keep it interesting but also a good course for the less than average player. Had a 0700 tee time and was finishing by 1030. Like any CA gold course, the earlier you can catch it, the better pace of play you'll have.

Played this course about Ten as a visiting traveler. Every time paired with nice, one testing people. Staff very friendly & accommodating. Weather dependably good. Course layout a good challenge for all but top, < 5 hcp. Fairways suffer in very hot or wet periods but playable especially if foursome agrees to play lies with turf. Greens always great although not super fast. Traps, like most municipal courses, could use more sand & maintenance. Prices are very good. Usually easy to get your desired tee time 12 hours in advance.

This is a well maintained course. Plenty of water hazards and bunkers with forced layups. The greens were in good condition.

The greens were just aerated. The twosome I was with was pretty slow. The course had many bare, dry, dead spots. Value wasn't bad, I got what I paid for, but I won't be back.

Nice course keeps you on your toes.
