Dos Osos Golf Club

Had a cheap coupon and the course is YOC (Youth on Course) friendly all day. It's a little off the beaten path and you need a gate code to get past the gated community. The back 9 is a GREAT lay out and in nuch better conditionthan the front 9. Course needs a little TLC as JOE pays more than the Green Keepers make... and they're understaffed. Greens in good condition. Saw a family of birds that make holes in wood that can't make it past the filter but rhymes with decker and my 10 year old had a great time. Had 6 pars in a row from red but he's better than his pops...

I have been playing here for 4 years almost exclusively...some days feels like I own the course so few know about Eagle Crest...layout is nice with lots of trouble or challenge depending on your skill...upgrades and improvements are constant...some bare patches exist but rules state you can improve a lie. To my own detriment most times I don't. Value is what I look for at any course Eagle lives up to that...

Needed a course to play with my nine year old grandson. Found this course and it had open tee times at reasonable fees. Got right on and the group ahead of us (party of five) where hitting their second shots and they were all over the place.

Greens were in good condition but the fairways were dry, little grass with animal holes that left very little opportunities to play second or third shots.

Played 18 holes in five hours and forty minutes.

The course was in horrible shape, you’re supposed to be rewarded by hitting a ball onto a green fairway, however they were non-existent. The only thing green out there where the trees, and some of the putting greens. The course played incredibly slow, we waited at every Teebox. I certainly would not recommend this course to anybody.

Very disappointed! Hadn’t played here in years and, aside from the greens, the course is in terrible shape. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this course again.

This course is managed by Troon, but you wouldn't know it. It is by far the worst Troon course I have played. The fairways are mostly dirt and crabgrass. Greens are full of divots and slow. tee boxes are uneven and unmowed in many cases. There are no on-course restrooms (2 porta-johns), no water, no starter, and no marshalls to keep pace of play in check. You can tell this course was probably very nice 20 years ago, but not now unfortunately.

The course has a lot of hard dirt in the fairways and needs to be fixed.

I arrived 30 mins early and hit some balls the practice range is short but I don’t carry that far. Staff was cool and other golfers there were great. Overall a great place to play.

The parking lot was almost empty that should have been our first clue that golfers are staying away..that hit home on the first fairway. Maintenance is not on this courses menu...they might be trying; bring it back because /here were soggy spots everywhere ....bunkers are completely neglected, some had more water than the water hazards. Tee boxes were dry and uneven ...greens were receptive (soft) and rolling well. Ya get what you pay for.

Not sure I'll be back anytime soon. There are too many courses that understand what maintenance means.

Great layout, really wish they could keep up with the conditions but I get it, it takes A LOT. Still always a good time with good people and staff.

It was a shame to see a course with such great potential fall so short of its potential. This course needs a lot of work.
