Course in great shape. Greens getting back to norm after Aeroation. No one ahead of us on course when we teed off at 9:00. Fairways in great shap compared to other courses in Palm Springs area. Need a cart as greens and next tees often not close. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Good times during round and after round at Big Rock...

I like this course , however it was not in good shape and the lake on the par 3 13th hole was mud brown. It appears that they might be letting the course go a little. Maybe due to Covid don’t know . Usually this course looks great. Not this time

Fairways and greens in very good condition and friendly service

Had a great time, the only issue was they were airing the fairways on some of the holes, but the greens were great but challenging!

Great job of keeping the course watered. Nice lay out with 4 challenging par 3's. receptive greens. Great food / drinks for after.

Love the course, it’s not a high end expensive course but I would says great value public course in very good condition

The course is a mix of old (45 yrs) and new (15 yrs). Play was fairly fast for a Saturday. Course conditions were good for Summer. Staff could have met us at the bag drop. Some were standing around when we arrived.

Two long par 3’s on the front. Tough on an old guy

Great pace of play! Our twosome was behind several foursomes. We both are fast players and had a hard time keeping up! We’ll be back!

The course Owner and GM have really created a welcoming atmosphere here. It really shows! I rarely can say that about any course.

Even all the players on course were even very cool and

friendly. I was a single player and never had to ask to play through. On every hole I caught up to a group, players were friendly and courteous to just wave me through. Amazingly got done in 2 hours, even with a fairly busy afternoon tee sheet.

My buddie and I received a warm welcome as the masked staff member had a clean cart ready to go right out front about 45 minutes before our 7:40am tee time! Gentleman at the pro shop was pleasant and helpful explaining the course and facility lay out. We enjoyed the free grass driving range balls for warm up as well as a few minutes on the practice green. We tee’d off at our leisure as fellow golfer were polite and considerate throughout the round. Of course starting the day with a birdie goes a long way. The fairways are a forgiving width and well groomed,. Greens were firm but not hard, well watered but not soggy. And cup had a bumper in the bottom so we didn’t have to touch the stick! Overall the course was very enjoyable and humbly beautiful, average in challenge all at a very reasonable price. I’ll be back and would highly recommend for Intermediate to advanced golfer that wants a fair challenge on a gracious, well kept course!

concerning the review dated 5/25 from pkraft1....something weird here?, I've played this course often and have never had problems with the staff...they are efficient and courteous ...usually book with "golfnow", never a problem...wonder what happened?, somehow I think we're not getting the whole story?!?
