I Recommend This Course
Great course for a twilight round
The tee boxes, fairways, and greens were in great shape. The grass areas ion the course where there are homes need a lot of work. This may be due to the HOA of the home owners, but it reflects poorly on the course. Staff was awesome, pace was great, and a later afternoon tee time was great to experience this course at a discount. We’ll try the mountain course next!

Firm, tough greens
Played as foursome at 1254p on. Sunday. Lucked out as there was no one in front of us so we played in a leisurely 3:45. Great conditions, greens are great but quite firm as they recover from the floods a couple years ago. The holes in the waterway /below the freeway are the weakest but still not bad. We enjoyed it and would go back.

Greens to firm for slopes. Understand after rebuild they are a still a year away from top condition. Bunkers however unacceptable for this level of course.

Well laid out course, however, the greens are unforgiving, if they softened the greens it would become more fair, with the hard and undulating greens it is hard to keep the ball on the green.

No fun!
Unless you are a plus handicap or enjoy being tortured, stay away from this course. The greens hold a shot like a parking lot, and balls roll to locations around the greens that make the course virtually unplayable. Many fun courses to play in the Palm Springs area, this isn’t one of them. Our group agrees that we will never go back there.

I Recommend This Course
Easy on the eyes but not easily seduced
This course never lets you off the hook. It tests your patience and mettle. There're no flat greens to speak off. Don't think you're safe once the ball lands on the green. Depending where and how you land, it just might trail off and fall into a grass pit. It's a thinking man's course. I'm glad I played it, yet I regret having played it so poorly.
