Very enjoyable round of golf. Course was in great shape, especially the greens. Pace of play was slow but it was crowded.

Great layout and location next to Lake Greenwood. Well laid out. Tees, fairways, and greens were in very good condition. A definite value and must play for the money. If we lived around here, probably would join the club.

Course in great condition. Greens very fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will play again when in the area again.

This public course ranks right up there with private clubs and good resort courses for scenic layout and conditions of fairways and greens. It was well worth the one hour and 45 minute drive to play this challenging but fair course as it wraps around the gentle hills and shoreline of a picturesque lake.

Other than the aggravation of cart path only due to recent rain ( I would prefer to walk), pace of play was good and the greens run true (albeit slightly slower at 9-10 stempf than they normally would be) due to being punched within the previous month - but still well manicured.

This one goes high up on my top 10 list for the upstate Carolinas and I look forward to a return visit in the fall...

Enjoyed playing the course. The only draw back was the heat and I know we have no control. The temp was 101 when I finished play.

One of my favorites in the area. It is about an hour drive for us but we try to make it down a few times a year.

I loved everything about this course.I got a great deal on golfnow and wasn't sure what to expect cause I live an hour away and had never been here before,but I could tell just driving up that It was going to be great.The greens were smooth and fast,and the fairways were some of the best I've ever played on.Everybody i encountered was as nice as could be,I will definitely be back.

First off the Staff was very nice. The course is in great shape and the greens were challenging which I like. Will be back again

Nothing to complain about, course in excellent shape tee to green....a few dry spots here & there in fairway, but otherwise very plush. Only 2 negatives.....greens were slow....very true & very green.....just a bit slow. Got a feeling they weren't cut & rolled that day.....and the other....pace was very slow. Saw a ranger on 2nd hole, but never again. Had a 2some in front of us who dropped out after 9....the 4some in front of them must have been playing at The Masters. Waited every shot on the back. Would have been a 5 star experience other than that. Without a doubt one of the nicest maintained courses in the region, and extremely friendly staff all around. Nice practice facility as well.

Awesome track great layout a mus play course if you're in the area.

The course was in very good condition. The fairways will be a little nicer once the grass has completely grown out of its' winter dormancy. The greens were fast, the way I like them. It was a windy day, which made it a little more difficult.

It has been about 10-12 years since I have played this course. It was nice then but they have really upgraded. The whole experience was great. The folks in the clubhouse were very accommodating. The course was busy on a Wednesday, but pace of play was great. We never felt rushed or had to wait. The course was in great shape. It has its share of doglegs and has some short par 4's. It is somewhat tight but has some risk-reward holes too. Greens were lush with few imperfections. All the traps were perfect. Will definitely make a few more trips there this year for sure.

I had heard great things about the course so I was eager to play it. The course was as good as I thought it would be but it had rained about four days prior to us playing there. I've always heard that greenwood courses held water and this is a understatement. The course and the layout is great. I loved all of the holes,teens were fast but every last inch of the fairways were soaked to the bone. I'm sure when the course is dry it is something to be behold but with that said its still a great course and we had a great time playing it. I will be back and info recommend playing it.

Usually Fun golf coarse to play. However the winter months the coarse is WET, WET and more WET.
The area had not any rain for at least 5 days.Still WET.
Carts on paths only..
Balls need cleaning after every shot, yes even in the fairways.
I'll wait to late spring and summer to go back.

Feb 6th and 53F with a little wind and wet soaked fairways but we enjoyed every hole. Generous and open fairways great shape green but undulated and hard to put the ball on the right level. Nice facilitates and well maintained overall.

Greens and fairways were great - sand in the bunkers. Great course layout!

This is a very nice course. The only problem I had with the experience at this course was some of the pro shop staff, and the price of items in pro shop. Most items were way out of the normal price range. So ts a nice course just bringeverything you need to play.

great round. there should have been a marshal because we got behind a slow playing group which would not let us play through

Wonderful course, wonderful condition, wonderful staff. One note to future players on this course... #13 is a nice little par 3 by the lake, skip the standard tee box and find the tee box that requires 100% carry over the lake... Awesome hole from that tee box.. Enjoy
