About
The course at Springfield Golf Resort has a traditional design that has an interesting mix of desert-style holes. This executive course features average sized greens that are heavily undulating and fairways that are tight and lined with a few trees. Water comes into play on a few holes and there are also a few strategically placed sand bunkers throughout. The golf course plays fast, but it offers a good challenge for all skill levels. Offering three sets of tee boxes creates even more opportunities for adapting the game to different abilities and handicaps. In addition to the golf course, Springfield Golf Resort also offers a chipping area and putting green.

Course in great shape after recent reseeding. Greens played well.
Great Executive Course
Great little course to play. Both greens and fairways in great shape. Course has enough to test your short game. Should be played at least once.

slowest round ever at Springfield. no marshals on course. ruins a good round.
Very Impressed
Course was in fantastic shape. The people out there treat you like family. One of the most fun rounds in the valley for sure regardless of skill level - it has challenges for everyone (I'm a 6.1 hcp), and yet doesn't beat up beginners (my wife has fun too). Can't wait to come back again!

You may want to limit some of your players since the play is extremely slow.

Nice, and affordable
Very nice course for the money. Fairly nice shape, greens need to be cut shorter, they were VERY slow.
They also let 5-somes out on the course, which REALLY slows up the pace of play. Otherwise a fine day on a great sunny afternoon.

I am not sure if the standard pace is to have 3 groups waiting for each t? But very frustrating.
Very long grass hard to see the ball as it gets buried in the grass off the fairway. Friendly staff. Didn’t try the amenities as we had reservations elsewhere.
The couple we golfed with are expert golfers and from Scottsdale and never have a wait like we experienced yesterday.

First time Fun.
We had a great afternoon but failed to par the course!! We were matched up to play with Karen. She apparently plays the course a lot but that made our experience even better. She helped us maneuver the course and made us feel at home. We definitely will plan to return to golf another time. Thanks

Tee boxes, fairways and greens in excellent shape after the over seeding.. Considering I had my first ever hoke in one on the 6th hole the day was fabulous Course conditions are as good as they ever have been.
