The staff always makes you feel like family. The course conditions vary, but are usually above average.

It’s a pretty fun course for an executive course. We played in just under 3 hours but we did tee off at 6:07am. It was nice to beat the heat. The sprinklers were going when I got there. They need to adjust either when they run the sprinklers or how much because we were dodging mud puddles the whole round because there was so much water on the course and on the cart paths. The greens were very slow and bumpy. The cost was under $40 so I can’t complain too much. I enjoyed the round.

After my first experience at this course last winter, I decided to give it an another try Conditions were identical to the first outing. The Greens are in poor shape and pace of play is slow. We finished this executive course in 4hrs. If you're looking just to play, and don't mind slower play with shaggy greens, this course is for you. On a positive note, the Staff is wonderful.

Played 8/3/24 typical summer playing conditions for a Phoenix area course, Punched shaggy greens and random bald spots in the fairways but for a $23 hot deal it was a good value. Opportunities on front 9 to hit a few fairway woods, long irons and hybrids off the tee but on the back 9 all the hole’s are shorter par 3’s. Tight fairways mostly I think I hit my driver 1 time, I prefer longer courses but this is a par 61 i believe so not going to get that here..Pace of play about 3 1/2 hours which was nice.

The pace of play was good, the weather was good, the course staff was good, but the shape of the course was poor. Bare spots on fairways, soggy and muddy in areas, especially around the greens and tees. It's a fun course, I may give it another chance when the weather is cooler.

Course is in horrible shape, I read that an infrastructure line burst and they are fixing it? Anyway, no fairways, greens are essentially glass, with 0 grass, mud oops i mean “sand” traps, sand tee boxes. Course is in rough shape for $45 a round needs to be $20.

Decent course for beginners. As of 6/30 in pretty rough shape. Possibly my fault for not checking website so not holding it against them but recently aerated, a lot of tee boxes in bad shape.

Awful conditions, every tee box was patchy sand with little to no grass. They over book and cause 25-30 minute holes. Overall terrible conditions and terrible pace of play.

I called in the morning about rain conditions and was told they only had sprinkles. The course was very wet and had a bunch of temporary tees and they were airating other tees. I’ve played this course many times and loved it. Charging normal prices for these conditions was plain robbery

I usually play here all the time cause it's a great course to practice with irons! Course was under major maintenance on maybe 7-8 holes. Some tee boxes were totally gutted and moved to a temporary location. Greens grass was super long and almost un-puttable. I would give this course a few months before I go again unfortunately. Excited to see whats it like when it's complete.

Staff was great, but greens, fairways and traps not very very playable. Tee boxes were under construction, which was ok

I played this course 3 yrs ago and was taken care of way better then. No water in the ball washes. The greens are horrible. I won't be back that's for sure.
