Power Ranch Golf Club

Greens were a little firm, play to the front of green as most shots will not hold.

I liked it. It had a good mix of holes. Long par 5s and is pretty well kept for the time of year. I would love to play this golf course every day if I could.

Course overall was in great shape but the greens were slow and bumpy, as of they had been ariated recently. No notice on the site or at the course to indicate that.

Played as a single. Starter was extremely friendly as well as accommodating. Played with three other gentlemen and thoroughly enjoyed the round.

I went as a single and the starter put me with a threesome of members. The guys were playing in their usual men’s group game and made me feel right at home. Awesome trio who had obviously been playing together for some time and liked to kid around. The course was in very good shape and the greens rolled very well and true. Well worth playing there and will put Power Ranch on my will play list next time I’m here.

After this course's recent "repair", I decided to give it another try. Last time I played here was before the reconstruction (formerly Trilogy). The staff is very friendly and the Restaurant is great! I've gone here just for the restaurant alone. The course however, was very disappointing. The tee boxes and fairways are in average condition, and they did clean up the course a bit. However, the greens were always the problem, and it still continues to be. Just be prepared for a lot of roll-out due to this. The course condition is getting close to how old Club West was. At the price point, there are better courses to play.

The course layout makes you make choose shot approaches based on hazards right from the first tee to 18. Greens were not holding and having to hit short and roll on. Great staff and pace of play was excellent.

This course is typically priced near the other public courses in the area, but always seems to have better course conditions. This time the grass was a little cooked, but not terrible. The starter warned us the greens were extremely fast, but they aren't when you're putting. It's more that your approach doesn't want to hold. Everything seems to roll right off. This was my fourth time playing here and I really like this track and the facilities.

Newly refurbished greens were extremely firm, making great shots look horrible. Rolled true tho: when they are more teceptive it will be fantastic.

Greens are fantastic, a little tough to hold but putt very true. Lots of undulation makes it fun to put.

This track just re did the green complexes a little over a year ago. Greens are firm and quick. It looks like they are struggling to keep it watered right now. We had a fun time, pace of play was awesome. I had some 3 putts so be ready!

My wife and I Just started to play again after

a layoff of about 5 years and really found this course and its staff to be great. we had a lot of fun on the course.!

I like PR, staff is good and restaurant is solid . My issue still is with the greens . They have not recovered yet from being overhauled and are still very hard . They don’t hold and are really fast , not a good combo . The rough could use some water and touching up as well . Get those greens in good shape and it will be a good track again .

Course was way over-booked. Waited 10 minutes between every hole. Grass was dry, needs water. Bad experience.
