With its neighbors being the Santan Range and Superstition Mountain, it is no wonder Power Ranch Golf Club (formerly known as Trilogy Golf Club at Power Ranch) is known for its spectacular views. Although this championship golf course is near a residential area, the course architect, Dick Bailey, insists the homes were routed to accommodate the golf course and not vice versa. The holes amble through the cleansed desert of the Queen Creek wash, which features plenty of interesting elevation changes. Strategically placed mounding and bunkers are situated throughout the golf course. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. Four sets of tee boxes are available to test experienced golfers and allow beginners to enjoy Power Ranch Golf Club as well.

Drying out

PR is need of water . Fairways have bare spots with no grass just dirt. Same with quite a few of the fringe

areas. Greens are spotty and bumpy. Really need to get ahead of this or it will burn up . Pace was bad, over 4 1/2 hours . Ranger tried to speed things up but didnt help much. 4 some in front was playing 2 person best shot , waited a lot . Saw them teeing off beer cans , ( really?) Really like PR , just needs some TLC.

Quick date night

Booked a late tee time for 9 holes. Staff was super friendly. Carts with GPS and plenty of storage were a plus. Course was really nice and in good shape for it being 110 in AZ. We live close by but this was our first time playing here. We will be back for sure.

Good value and staff

Great value for play and the staff was amazing- plenty of water for a hot summer day. Staff made sure they connected with each group and give hints on the course, notifying us in person that we were next up and made sure everything was top notch.
