All 18 trees were in horrible condition. Disease and high temps have ruined these greens.

I 3 putted 10 times!

I am new to this area and decided to splurge (with my wife) today and spend a little extra to play a nice course. All the photos on line looked awesome and I had no way of knowing about the greens since they were charging full price.

I’m not a complainer but I was ready to complain on my way out. I won’t be back this year.

Been golfing here 7 years. Tee to green is fine…about what you would expect in late June in Phoenix. The greens were attacked by a fungus and they are UNPLAYABLE (completely dead, covered by crusty sand) yet the greens fees are exactly what they normally are this time of year. Give them until at least mid July and see if they can resuscitate the greens. And in case you’re wondering, the greens are actually worse than I’ve described above.

Greens were terrible and no sand in bunkers. Greens were mostly dead and bunkers drastically neglected.

Have played this course multiple times and was shocked at how poor the greens were along with spotty fairways. The course, overall, was in terrible shape, pass on this one!

Great course layout. Enjoy playing the course. Only downside is the greens were in very poor condition. I payed the course a month ago and in that time the greens have significantly gone downhill with very little grass on them. Staff is awesome and for the $15 I paid very worth it!

Played the back 9. Greens were a bit rough at times, but it looked like they were working on them. Very friendly staff and overall a great course!

Played here a few times and always very good condition, especially the greens. But the greens were largely dead and very poor this time. The practice putting green was closed for landscaping around it. The practice green looked nice, so we had high expectations for the greens on the course. We would not have played here had we known the issues on Golfnow.com. Staff and cart girl were friendly and attentive, but that doesn't make up for the poor condition. I hope the greens are back to the normal standard soon.

Greens are in horrific shape. Fairways burnt out. Good layout with potential, hopefully can back to what it once was.

From tee box to the green the conditions were good. The greens though we’re in bad condition. Most of it was putting on near sand!

This course is in absolutely terrible shape. Greens are horrible. Fairways mostly burnt out and was just aeriated. Not worth the $35 dollars.

I usually would recommend this course, but can't right now because of the course conditions. The grass nearly everywhere is in terrible shape. After a few holes, our foursome played two-putt max. We were told by a maintenance person that the grass had a fungus (?). Anyway, here's hoping that the problems are resolved soon as I do like this course.

The change from winter to summer has not gone well out there, a lot of issues in fairways and most greens. Hope they can recover it, play it often and want to this summer.

I have played here many times over the past several years. It is on my list as a vey good layout and quality for what you pay. However, it was in very poor condition this time. Many brown and bare spots throughout the course. Some of the greens had very sparse and in some areas no grass at all. Sand had been placed over nearly the entire putting surfaces on many greens. Very disappointed.

The conditions were hurting. The greens were in very poor shape. Have played here before and really enjoyed the course. Was disappointed.
