About
Desert Mirage Golf Course offers a public, nine-hole course and a fully stocked pro shop. The course has a traditional design but that does not mean it is boring. It is perfect for squeezing in a quick game or for beginners and kids. The course is relatively flat, but there are some hills on the course that can affect shots. The greens are medium sized with some slight undulation and the generous fairways are wide open. There are also water hazards and bunkers that come into play on a few of the holes. Desert Mirage Golf Course's signature hole is the par-4 ninth. It requires a tee shot over a lake to an island green.

If you are with a young child or beginner spouse ....
Executive course that was just fair. Condition, layout, greens, aesthetics and value were just OK. If you are with a young child or just beginner spouse, it would be OK
Perfect Beginner Course
I really like Desert Mirage. The desk guys are really nice. With the Tee Off app, they give you a little bucket of balls to hit on the range. The last time I went with a group of 3, they just gave us a big bucket to split at no extra charge. For a city that is crazy busy for golf, I feel like this course is hidden gem because it provides a chill environment to learn how to play golf.

Popular course. Greens were very good. The staff ensures that the greens and approach are prepared correctly. Friendly and helpful staff, very good amenities in the snack shop

Fun for beginners short hitters
The ball really rolls and the course is forgiving. My wife can’t grip the clubs due to arthritis, but had a lot of fun. We played with a beginner who played best ball when she miss hit. We moved relatively decently, but a little slow, but no one said anything and everyone had a great time. If you are a stud and scratch golfer this isn’t the course for you.
Had a burger afterwards and it was very good.

The staff at the course are very organized and friendly.
This was our second time playing this course and just like the first time we had a great time. The course was busy but the staff had the pace of play moving smoothly. Would definitely golf there again.

Nice course
In from Iowa for a month and found this course. Course is well maintained. Staff is courteous and very friendly. It is a short course but great for those who don’t want to spend a whole day golfing. Pace of play is pretty good even with a lot of beginners.

Went to this course because they other 9 hole course did not offer carts. Was not disappointed they keep this course together nice and easy to play.
