About
The golf course at the Sun City Country Club provides a challenging championship course in an elegant setting. The semi-private course has a tight layout with fairways that are lined with trees and bushes. The trees provide plenty of shade, a welcome asset on sunny days. The greens play at medium speed and they are consistently in good condition. Several of the greens are elevated and sloped. A water hazard comes into play on three holes on the course. The seventh, a 153-yard, par-3, hole is the signature hole. It requires a tee shot over water that has to carry at least 125 yards. The upscale Sun City Country Club offers fine dining options as well as an experienced and helpful on-site golf pro.

Great course
Would definitely recommend this course. Some slight challenges with trees and narrow fairways and bunkers were well sanded close to the green.
Always a good round here
All the courses in this area are in good shape. This is one of my favs as it’s a good value and it’s all grass everywhere. Reminds me of Canadian courses with quite a few tree and plush rough. Pace of play can be a challenge at times but that happens everywhere - just have to get lucky with who’s in front.
Greens are nice speed and pretty consistent. Sand can be a bit rough here is my only complaint. Boxes are decent and fairways great.

Perfect Sunday
The course was in excellent condition, pace of play was what you hope it would be. The staff were very nice and courteous. Would play again and recommend it..
Greens slope back to front
I enjoy the course, open fairways. The greens were slower than normal. Difficult to get the correct pace. The main observation is that all greens are very similar. They Slope downward from back to front. Best plays are to be short. However, on some greens I felt like I needed a driver to get ball to the hole. Nevertheless, it is a fun course to play.
Great condition
Staff was very friendly, course is in great condition! Lush fairways and nice greens, one or two domed tee boxes.
Perfect timing
Tee time was 2:53 and I was concerned about if I would have enough time to finish 18. Got through in 3 hours. No one in front of me on the back nine. Course is in great shape. A few par 3 greens had a lot of ball marks not repaired but this is a popular course so its expected. If you slice always trees on your right side. I will return this summer.

Good pace of play and enough hazards to make things interesting. Great deal for the price.
Well maintained
Course was lush compared to other courses in Sun City and Sun City West. Tree lined fairways were forgiving but still added the need for strategic drives and approach shots. Greens consistent. Another plus was the electric carts. Very responsive.
Staff
Front desk guy is fun. Pace was slow due to jc college teams.
Fair and friendly course
Course was in very good condition, a few mucky areas from standing water. Greens were smooth and firm.
