The greens were rough and the fairways dry, but my drives were 30 or 40 yards longer! It’s a good value for the price, but I wouldn’t play it every weekend.

Staff was great and cart girl had a good sense of humor!

Never seen a course in this area that was this dry. Greens would not hold, fairways were brown, clumps of mowed grass everywhere. I'm hoping this was because they plan to overseer next week, but I thought the condition was deplorable.

When a course advertises as a semi-private club…the expectations go without saying! When I called and asked, the person at the front vehemently said it was in great shape! Greens were as advertised, but after that, “ Pure Garbage!”Can’t use the excuse of this time of year, because a lot of other courses are in much better conditions especially in Sun City! The reason we played here was to accommodate my playing partners physical limitations to elevation changes. Will not play here ever again!

I play here quite a bit. I like the older mature courses . The trees are large and will snag a bad shot . There’s sand in the traps . The water hazards are clean . The fairways are growing in and will be ready for the fall. The grill provides good food and cold beer.

The greens were in good shape the fairways are dry a lot of bare spots they're getting ready to overseed a couple weeks staff was great pace of play was fantastic not a bad course if you can keep it in the Fairway I'll be back after the winter

its 110 out in arizona so there were a few bad spots in fairways but not many

greens were in great condition and rolled true , love the layout, better than expected for this time of summer

will come back again and again

The course looked good but the front nine had not been mowed in a few days. The greens were fuzzy and extremely slow, there was almost no separation from the fairway and the rough. The crab grass was out of control, it was all over. The back nine was much better and proved that it was possible for a better overall experience. Great staff, very polite and courteous, bathrooms were clean and the cart girl was great.

Great course in good condition overall. There are some fairways that are a little bare with no grass. Tough Arizona summers possibly the cause!of missing grass.

The recent rain has helped grow the fairway and rough areas . Summer heat is hard on golf courses . The greens were in good shape but could use a little maintenance to smooth out a few bumps . The challenge is the mature trees . Hit the ball straight and you’re ok. I finished my round in under 3 1/2 hours. The restaurant bar is open for a cold drink and lunch items .

course was in pretty bad shape on the tee and in the fairways. greens were good. this is normally a pretty decent course so they probably let it go for the summer

This course is not bad, it was in summer condition who’ which is to be expected this time of year. The greens were firm but slower than you expect. My biggest complaint was the group in front of us, they had a new golfer in the group, which I have no issue with at all, my issue was with the guy in the group that was trying to teach him how to play, on course, on a Saturday morning. They were a foursome we were a threesome and constantly waiting to hit. By the sixth hole, there was a complete hole in front of them open and they did not allow us to play through, by the 14th hole, the other two in my group had to leave because the play was so slow, at that point, there were two complete holes open in front of the group ahead of us, needless to say it was quite frustrating. I never did see a course Marshall once during the round to help with this situation.

always enjoy sun city country club, its not long with trees bordering every fairway accuracy is a premium. was in good shape, great pace, had a real good time, hidden gem

Course and practice facility are great. Course staff is always friendly and professional.

Give SCCC a try. The course was a decent condition given the time of year and staff has always been friendly.
