Sunland Village Golf Course
About
Located in the east valley, the Sunland Village Golf Course is an 18-hole course with a traditional layout. The semi-rolling landscape of the course features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees sprinkled throughout. The medium-sized greens are slightly undulating and the fairways are tree-lined. There are also ponds on the course that come into play on many holes. A notable hole is the par-3 16th. It is a mere 86 yards, but it requires a precise shot past water to the green. The Sunland Village Golf Course facility has three different putting and chipping greens for golfers to use as well as a driving range.

Great Summer value
Nice course to play in the summer for a fast round. Course is still in good condition and a bit challenging. Look for a great deal on Golfnow.com
Have fun!
Really nice set up.
my son and I has played there twice now, Very nice and clean course. All you can ask for in a roll of golf. We really enjoyed playing and we will come back. Thank you
Good, moderately challenging course
I liked this course. I haven't played in 6 years, so this course seemed challenging to me. I'm just a novice player. I play for the fun and enjoyment with friends.
Mike in the Pro Shop is super helpful and friendly.
My only complaint is that the greens were a bit harsh with the debris from the trees and bushes.
Great Weather
Had a great day. Played my usual some good shots and some bad shots. I really like Sunland Village.
Nice course for the wife who doesn't golf much…..
Nice course to get your golfing feet wet. Great to work on your par three game.
Absolutely love to play this course
Have played several times and we love the course. Course has some short holes but all have their own challenges Water, sand , trees all come into play. Greens are fast ,course condition is excellent. I do not have any negative things to say about the club house, staff, course, or restaurant. Absolutely love this course
Very well kept
Well managed. Well maintained. Very nice course. One of my favorite courses in Mesa.
Comfortable place to play.
green executive course in good condition. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable place to play.
Bargains in pro shop.
Ace in the hole
I have just returned to golf after a 3 month medical restriction. This was my first choice because I knew I would be challenged but not beaten up.
Quick Nine
I have never played this course before, in fact I didn't know it existed, but for a quick nine holes after lunch it was excellent. The course is short, but well maintained as are the older houses surrounding the course. Its greens are true and will hold those high irons into it, all in all I was impressed and will try the complete course the next time, probably considering the date in the fall.
Very Enjoyable
Beautiful course that is very enjoyable to play. Always well maintained
A confusing start but worth laughing about.
The course was great but....I booked a 10:50 tee time. When I arrived, they put me in a cart by myself and asked if I would start on #11. I went to 11 and played the hole. When I got to #12 tee box, a foursome showed up and tee'd off in front of me. They allowed me to play through since I was a single. When I showed up to #13, another foursome showed up and tee'd off in front of me. What I later found out was that there was an 11:15 shot gun start which I was never told about. I was supposed to go to hole 11 and WAIT for the other 3 players to show up and start at 11:15.
Pleasant playing course
I played with two other singles. They put us on the furthest hole to start the shotgun although there were very few other players on the course,
Best greens I've played this year.
Had not played here before. Looked for somewhere my family could play. Not to long or hard for my wife and daughter. But has some longer holes for my son and my self. All Around nice to
Play.
Bar was a nice stop after we played.
This course is great
The course was a little wet but can be common with new grass. The greens were well maintained.
The course is in beautiful shape. Very green.
It's just been over seeded and even though the greens are a little long (to be expected) the course is in excellent shape. Even the fairways and out of bounds areas are lush & green. I could not find any flaws anywhere on the course. Staff is very friendly and there was a good pace of play. Even though par is just 62, this is a fun round and well worth the money
Course in great condition.
Staff was nice, course was in really good condition for summer and the price was very reasonable.
Short but fun...
We've played SLV a few times. I take my 13yr old son and he has a good time. My wife has gotten good enough that now she's bored with it but still a fun course in a pinch. Place is dead after 12pm. (heat) Pretty much put away the driver if you hit it 260+. The par 3s will drive you nuts due to having to hit a few 70 and 90 yard pitches but a couple of the par 4s are fun. Hot deal, played for 9 dollars., greens taken acre of.
This course is well laid out and maintained.
Best executive course I have played. reat course for seniors. Not crazy about shotgun starts on some days.
Had 2 foursomes on first hole.
A fun course in excellent condition.
This exec course is in the best condtion of all the AZ courses I have been playing. It is of medium difficulty so playable by various skill sets. The pace of play was very good.
