About
The Vistas Course at Westbrook Golf Club is one of two 18-hole courses offered at the facility. The golf course has a links-style design with different challenging elements but it still enjoyable for beginners and advanced players alike. There are out-of-bounds stakes and several doglegs on the course as well as water hazards that come into play on a few holes. Located in the Northwest Valley, residential communities border the course but coyotes can sometimes be found roaming the greens. The Vistas Course has four sets of tee boxes so golfers can adjust their game according to their handicaps and abilities.

Awesome Venue
A gem of a course. Lots of variety. Look forward to the greens getting smoothed out. Very bumpy
Nice little course
Played on a hot summer day. Lots of new sod and seeded areas around the greens that made playing a little difficult. Typical newer neighborhood course that has fairly narrow fairways that require a fair degree of accuracy. No need to bring the long ball here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Course utilized hills and bunkers to make up for its lack of distance. Would play here again, especially for the price I paid.

Only saw three others on the entire course over 18 holes.
Course is very fair, greens are in good shape.
If I could always get around in 3 hours, I would play more.
Great Course Except...
...the staff was terrible. Some of the most unfriendly workers I have ever experienced on a golf course. Luckily, the course was in great condition and the greens were rolling great.

Very few hazards to watch out for
Short but Sweet
We played the blue tees at 6100. While that made some holes short it didn't make them easy. Enjoyed the round.
Rude Staff
Treated as a second class citizen by the starter in the pro shop. Requested to ride as a single in the cart but was told no even though were not busy. The pro shop young man told me "that is what you get when you book through Golfnow." The man I was paired with also requested to ride as a single in one of the carts and was told the same. The pro shop person was rude

It is a great little course. It is not hard but you can
practice your short game. I have played this course
several times over the last several years.
Real tough day with high winds
This is a very nice course with good practice facilities. Range balls included. We played on a day when the winds were howling all day. Greens were rolling very true but hard to hold anything on the greens with the wind and the hardness of the greens.

Enjoyed the pace and the difficulty. Great staff, an overall good day.
Unfriendly staff
They have a starter that does more harm than good. This is a prime example of a course that needs to not participate on GolfNow. Not a friendly atmosphere. They need to stick to being a private course. The Lakes course is much better.

This was the first course my wife and I played while on Vacation in the Phoenix area. Perfect course to shake the cob webs off our game after too long of a winter in Minneapolis. A Relatively easy course to play with some challenging holes, but not many. We were paired up with another couple. The pace of play was lightning fast. 3 hours and 45 minutes. The greens were smooth and fast. For the green fees we paid via golfnow.com this course was well worth it.

The Westbrook Vista course will always be one of my favorites! Its challenging, yet allows you to try every club in your bag. I highly recommend!!
