Left after 15
First time playing so maybe a one off. After watching hole after hole of backed up holes I bailed. Wide open easy course. Could be 3 3.5 hour round if folks are all riding. Didn’t really understand why there was singles walking with groups with cars. You also had a lot of groupies playing different Tees.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced, this is not a standard occurrence. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as we will use your review to better the experience going forward. We hope you give us another try in the near future!

Decent Muni
Encanto is an old style/traditional course. Fairly well kept Muni, nice staff. Not too much trouble...wide open fairways and few bunkers (some are a little light on sand). Fairways and greens in pretty good condition. Played on a weekend and it was a little slow, but not bad (4:45).
Not a "wow" course like the $100-$200 courses in Scottsdale, but a reliable spot that has been in decent shape every time I've come to play while visiting family over last 15 years.
