About
Coronado Golf Course is as excellent place for golfers to work on their short game and it is also great for beginners. The course is relatively flat making it pleasantly walkable. The greens are large and the fairways are lined with trees, but still have generous landing areas. The holes are quite challenging with water hazards and bunkers coming into play. The relaxed atmosphere and affordability of the course have made it popular among locals, yet the course is still surprisingly not crowded most of the time. Coronado Golf Course has convenient practice facilities, including a lighted driving range that stays open until 9 every night.

This is a very simple course but great for beginners
Having played the pristine courses this is the very opposite but its fine and for me it was fast and fun.
Nice 9 hole Executive Course
Great 9 hole executive course to hone your iron game. The greens were in nice shape. The bunkers needed to be raked. Three of the four par 4 fairways were very good. The course has a very good driving range. It's the perfect course for the beginner golfer or the average golfer looking to play a fast 9 holes.

Better fairways
The greens have a few rough spots and the fairways are much improved and being watered. Pace of play is very good. No waiting on any hole. Poles are now up along hole 9; adjacent to driving range so although there are a few balls on the fairway but way fewer than before the new netting went up. Work still needs to be completed on netting and poles at the end of the range, but usually doesn’t present any issues.

Short track
It’s an “executive” length course with modest conditions but for the price (especially if you wanted to take young golfers and teach them how to properly play golf.... walk) it is good value!

Rough Greens
Greens are somewhat brown! Almost looks like fertilizer burn. Fairways are greener than they have ever been. Three holes are littered with driving range balls as the fence that was started two years ago is not completed. Wear a helmet! Good lighted driving range.

Easy short course
Greens are a bit brown almost like they have had a fertilizer burn. Fairways are much greener than last time. Hole nine is still an issue with range balls scattering all over the fairway! It’s time some work was done to finish the nettinmg since they have been working at it for three years.

Better shape
The course is in much better shape now that the water is turned back on. The driving range is still a serious issue. Old fences have been removed and the new ones are only partially constructed. As a result, several holes are littered with driving range balls. Wear a helmet!

Great little course
Great small course in good condition, greens are in good shape. Enjoy playing this course.
No water
This course has very dry fairways and very dry greens. Apparently, the water supply from the canal has been turned off due to overpass constructions. The greens are hard and almost impossible to hold a ball on the green. The ninth hole almost requires you to wear a helmet because it is adjacent to the driving range that is only partially fenced in. Range balls can be found all over the fairway. Easy walking course.

Great roll out!
There was hardly anything that looked like grass in the fairways. The greens had a boarder of grass around them. It was best to use a putter from anywhere 30 feet off the green. I took my grandson but we won’t be back.
