Oakcreek Country Club

I wish this was my home course, the course was in perfect condition and the greens were lightning fast but soft and receptive. I loved my two rounds at this course and would for sure play again.

Super-friendly staff and comfortable pace - even with some waiting finished in 4 hours on a very nice Sunday afternoon. Course in good condition and layout is enjoyable. Greens good and pretty quick. Definitely worth playing if you are spending some time in Sedona / Oak Creek.

Course as usual was well manicured. The greens were still fast from the PGA tourney set up the week before. But a nice challenge to be able to but on greens, much faster than the norm. Enjoyed the entire round, Staff was great! Speed of play was also outstanding, we completed 18 in just over 3 hours. Never had to wait to tee off. Starter did a great time of spacing out the groups!

The course condition was excellent from tee boxes to green. Greens were very fast, due to the set up for last week's pro tourney. The roughs were also thick, due to the PGA set up. All that made for a bit more challenging day, but great to give those conditions a go. The entire staff from Pro Shop to Starter, to Player Assistants were friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite courses to play, always in great shape, well manicured!

Played here on our way back to Phoenix from the Grand Canyon to break up the drive a bit. We had excellent weather, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Round was a bit slow because there was a 5-some a couple of groups ahead that held things up.

We had time to relax and take pictures. Would recommend this course to others. A nice way to experience golf in the Sedona area.

Oak Creek is always in very good shape. The greens are always in great shape. Very fast on down hill putts but you can give em a rap on uphillers.

The course was in excellent conditions. Couldn't have been better. In my view, Oakcreek is one of the nicest courses in the State of Arizona and for a great value.

I cannot praise this course, enough. The condition of the course. The pure beauty and freshness of the air. This course is an absolute steal, and worth every single penny that you pay to play it. Hole #13 is gorgeous. I’ll be back to play there again at some point without question.

Only hole I wasn’t satisfied with was #18. I’m sure it’s common and a mutual feeling for everyone who has played this course.

Outstanding staff and golf venue. Course conditions were first rate, putting and chipping area exceptional, but driving range left a little bit to be desired. Challenging speed on greens , but very receptive. A must to do over again next year!!

Great course layout, enjoyed a nice lunch before our round and was blown away with the scenic course. Great condition, greens were in good shape. Great experience.

Both the fairways and greens are in excellent condition. The greens are fast, but true. This course is more forgiving than most desert courses in that while there is some elevation change, the fairways don't slope off to the sides as steeply as many hilly desert courses. Even more importantly, most holes have significant ruff between the fairways and the desert foliage that allows a chance to play slightly errant shots that might roll into the brush on most desert courses.

We also appreciated that both the player assistant and snack cart were around multiple times on both the front and back nine. It is rare these days to find a course that actually "Marshalls" the pace of play. Although this course is listed as semi-private, we felt very welcome. The course staff were very friendly and gave us some good tips on how to best play several of the holes.

All in all it was a great experience and we are looking forward to playing this course again next week.

Golf Now needs to recognize junior rates on their website. $45 for junior rate at course and golf now charged me full green fee for adult which was $109! I would like to be refunded for the three rounds we played with my grandson as golf is expensive enough and its close to stealing money from me after the fact!
