Fairways, greens all green and smooth! Well tended course

Been here for a month and this is the best bang for your buck. Great shape with really nice greens. Really fair off of the tees.

This was over a five hour round! I am not sure what backed up and why the pace never sped up? The layout is okay, but not amazing. Conditions okay. It is the Sun City classic course surrounded by retirement homes and dogs. Nothing special about this one and even though the price was right I would not choose to play it again.

Greens are outstanding!!!! Running somewhere around 11 per the pro shop. Stay below the cup and your round will be memorable. Rest of the course was in pretty good conditions for time of year. Rough was still dormit - to be expected. Pace of play was a bit on the slow side, but tolerable. Would definitely recommend this course especially as a starter round while vacationing in AZ.

We all very satisfied with the course especially what courses are charging to play. We thought 55 hours is very good for a round of golf and we will come back..

A very playable course, greens are fine, fairways good. Lots of variation in the holes, water on the back nine makes interesting.

The course is overcrowded and slow. 5+ hour round. Painfully slow. Two and sometimes three groups on the tee waiting. Avoid this course at all costs. I would give this a negative rating if I could. We will not be back.

The course is in great condition. Every hole is a little different, lots of challenges on the greens and with the sand traps and water hazards.

Nice course, price is pretty good, like the new carts. But, rough is dead grass and dirt.

And, too CHEAP to put in ball washers and trash cans on course :(

Palmbrook is a challenging golf course that allows you to put all your skills to the test. The staff is friendly and outgoing, dedicated to making your round enjoyable.

The fairways, tee boxes, and sand traps are well-maintained and manicured. There are also practice areas for putting, sand shots, and a driving range, all in excellent condition. Be sure to stop by the restaurant as well; it offers good food at reasonable prices and provides quality service.

However, we encountered one disappointment: a group of young men with a late tee time kept jumping ahead of other groups, which added extra time to an already slow round for everyone on the course. Fortunately, the gentlemen in the pro shop addressed the issue directly, and we were grateful to finish all 18 holes before darkness set in.

Overall, Palmbrook offers great value, quality food, and outstanding staff!.
