The golf course at the Palmbrook Golf Club (formerly known as Palmbrook Country Club) has a reputation for being immaculately well kept. The course's greens and fairways are consistently kept in excellent condition making the course enjoyable to play. In addition to the spotless maintenance, the course at the Palmbrook Golf Club has a challenging design that incorporates water hazards in the form of a meandering brook and six lakes on the back nine. The challenging greens are fast and hard to read. There are also several bunkers that can affect play. Four sets of teeboxes provide different options.

Getting better
This course has improved over the last couple of years.
I was a single that played with two others. We jammed through the course at 3:26 minutes. My kind of round.
Rate was a little steep, but the course is in pretty good shape. So no complaints. I’m sure I’ll be back.
Fun round, friendly staff.
Got paired up with some really nice folks. Course was in good condition and the greens were rolling true. Girl working in the restaurant was very friendly and informative. Ice T was delicious! I’ll be back.
Good
No cart girl. Well maintained course. Carts have GPS. Fun and easy layout. Very little dirt. Pace of play in the evening was rough but it was a nice fun round.
Fun course!
This course has nice conditions, better than average greens. The pace of play is usually really good. If you’re looking for Troon North and Target golf….. this course isn’t it. If you want nice conditions at great value, Pinebrook fits the bill.
Good course
Pro shop greeting was welcoming. Nice course layout. Areas off the fairways/rough were not great. Greens good shape and decent speed. Carts were okay compared to other courses I have played. Well priced, good pace. Finished under four hours.
I was surprised at the number of golfers with their own cart that thought it was okay to go onto the edge of tees and the collar of the greens. Very thoughtless.
Have played several times on this golf vacation.
Average at best
The course ran out of carts and we had to wait until just before our tee time to get one. But, at least we got one on time. The course itself is in average shape at best. Most of the fairways while green are extremely thin layer of grass. Some of the greens are severely sloped. Couple that with hard packed thin greens nearly all of which are mounded and you will have trouble keeping the ball on the green. Putting was interesting to say the least. One of our group is a plus handicap (he shoots under par for those that don't know what this means) and even he had trouble trying to putt. But, the absolute topper was the 5 hour round. Please fix the greens. I am sure that this is why the course plays so slow. High handicappers struggle as it is, and the greens condition just makes it worse. We watched the groups ahead of us 3,4 and 5 putt.
Well kept course
We enjoyed our first time playing here. Although an older course, it is in very good condition. The fairways and greens are all consistent. Lots of water on the second nine. Plan to play it again soon.
Good track for the money
Greens and Fairways were in good shape and the course layout was ok- watch out for the trees and the rough!
Better than expected
Very much enjoyed the course. Fairways and greens were excellent. Some tees better than others. Typical of the mid range clubs, the areas off the fairways are not great. Nice range. Styrofoam cups and ice water available. Overall good experience.
Satisfied overall
Course was in pretty good condition. Some of the green were bumpy and need a little work.
Front nine was about right for pace of play. Back nine was SLOW! Waited 5-10 minutes for every tee shot. Never had a Marshall show up throughout the round. That needs to improve.
I liked the course, so I’ll be back when the price is right.
