About
The golf course at the Palmbrook Golf Club (formerly known as Palmbrook Country Club) has a reputation for being immaculately well kept. The course's greens and fairways are consistently kept in excellent condition making the course enjoyable to play. In addition to the spotless maintenance, the course at the Palmbrook Golf Club has a challenging design that incorporates water hazards in the form of a meandering brook and six lakes on the back nine. The challenging greens are fast and hard to read. There are also several bunkers that can affect play. Four sets of teeboxes provide different options.

Nice layout. Greens and fairways good. Carts very nice. Only real issue was LOTS of geese on the course. And therefore lots of goose poop.
Terrible conditions
The condition of this golf course is easy to evaluate - TERRIBLE! Greens, fairways, etc. is very poor. Many greens had bare spots and was heavily overloaded with sand topdressing. Areas around the greens were devoid of any grass at all. Overall, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The winter price is much cheaper than most because the quality of the product is so poor.

Fun course
This is a friendly and fun course. Staff friendly and helpful. Overall, course was very good shape, but greens were bumpy, making puts more challenging. If we have time before leaving for home in Kansas, we would gladly play again.

No water, no trash bins.
The golf course was fine, but there were no working ball washers (either broken or no water) and the only on course water or trash containers were between #12 and #13. That seems a little inferior for a course that calls itself a country club.

Good course for the money. Fairly open. Fairly level. Greens could have been better. Little bunny with different types of grass. Tees and sand traps good. Hole locations were too close to edges of greens and some were on steep slopes—lots of break. Fairway I would rate 7 out of 10 for playing ball down

Palmbrook Sat. Family Outing

Fairways were in good shape.
If you get off the fairway, it's hardpan in a lot of areas. Greens were OK, but a little bumpy. People were friendly, it was an enjoyable round.

Playable Course
My experience at Palmbrook was a good one. Driving range was all setup with balls. Practice green was just like the course.
Only drawback was the greens needed some help, a bit thin and bumpy.

It was ok
Fairways and greens pretty thin on grass, greens grainy, and very blotchy…won’t be hurrying back, range is good though, but balls are pretty worn too

Greens were very poor. Dead in some spots and very little grass on most greens.

Enjoyable round
Front 9 is very forgiving.. Back 9 is more challenging but not hard. Finished in exactly 4 hours.
