Palmbrook Golf Club
About
The golf course at the Palmbrook Golf Club (formerly known as Palmbrook Country Club) has a reputation for being immaculately well kept. The course's greens and fairways are consistently kept in excellent condition making the course enjoyable to play. In addition to the spotless maintenance, the course at the Palmbrook Golf Club has a challenging design that incorporates water hazards in the form of a meandering brook and six lakes on the back nine. The challenging greens are fast and hard to read. There are also several bunkers that can affect play. Four sets of teeboxes provide different options.

Review
The layout of the course is very forgiving which I like. Unfortunately it wasn’t kept up well. Also, they should add at least a couple of water stations along the course. There’s nowhere to get water except when you come back to nine.
Maybe the best value in the valley right now
First time playing here gotta say love all the beautiful birds number 17 they’re really loud course is in great shape even if there are some patchy spots in the summertime right now there’s always some good grass to hit from close by only one Green had some damage that was requiring a putt to be moved 10 feet to the left to get a clear line but otherwise all the other surfaces are in nice condition Tee boxes are mid, but I don’t really care about that.
Great Value Course
This course is great for the value and is in average condition for the summer. I’m not gonna complain too much about the pace play but just expect to be waiting on certain holes. Overall a good experience and will def be coming back. Staff definitely deserves a 5/5 as they’re very helpful.
Avoid
The course is burnt out from the summer heat and on the back nine I had to call into the pro shop to ask them to come send a player assistant out to move the foursome along ahead of us s along. Tthe young man wanted to debate with me where the carts were at and everybody were stacked up on each other the group ahead of us had a they were more than a hole behind They refused to send anybody out to move the pace along.
Value golf
Friendly staff, accommodating, good value for the money. Fun golf course, but not terribly difficult.
Always good
Greens weren't the best but you should expect that in July. Otherwise , course in good shape and doesn't disappoint.
Hmmmm
The greens need to be cut and a couple need patching/repair as they have bald spots in them. The uncut greens make putting an adventure!!!
For Warning
Played with my wife. Didn't know that the front nine had green problems (no grass) and holes punched for aireation. The grounds crew were spreading sand and watering during play. Created a unplayable condition.
Conditions little disappointing
I play this course quite often. I like the layout and ever since the new group took over, there have been visible improvements made. I especially appreciate that the new GPS doesn't lock the carts when you enter too close to the green. However, the greens and fairways have many bald spots. The bunkers could use a bit more sand. Incredible how many golfers leave huge divots on the tee and fairways without fixing them. We used over 2 bottles of sand fixing them.
