Palmbrook Golf Club

Playing Palmbrook for first time in awhile course was in Great shape Greens a little slow but rolled true, definitely recommend this course especially if you can get it at a reasonable price

Booked a tee time with family in town. All 3 of us in the group caught the flu/stomach virus going around. Called the pro shop the day of and cancelled the reservation and they said "appreciate the call and no problem". They still have the balls to charge me.

I understand the fine print when you book but things happen.

Played this course multiple times. Will never be back here again or use Golfnow

We wrote an email 36 hours before our start time saying that unfortunately I couldn't play on Sunday due to lumbago and that we should please cancel the start time. We did not receive a response to the email. Instead we were charged the full green fee. We are currently spending our vacation in Arizona (we come from Germany) and have already had some positive experiences with other golf clubs. But we have never experienced such arrogant behavior. We absolutely cannot recommend the golf course.

Our group was in town for the WM Phoenix Open, and was able to play Palmbrook while we were in Phoenix. Had seen some negative reviews about pace of play, but we were able to finish in just over 4 hours and very rarely had to wait (tee time was 10:07 on a Friday). Course was in really good shape, with a challenging but not too difficult layout. Reasonably priced for February in Phoenix - will definitely have on our list when we’re back in town.

Golfed here a bunch of times but this was the worst golf experience of my life. Started 20 minutes late and the staff did not even think to advise me of this when I checked in. After the first hole was confronted on our pace of play when there were two groups ahead of us still waiting to go. The foursome begins us confronted our group on pace and there was nothing we could do since the back up was so many groups in front of us. Tee time was at 2:30 and didn’t finish the first 9 until 5:30. Will never golf here again and do my best to warn others. Stay away. Will never recommend this place.

a very decent golf course in it's price point. always paired up with great people. tee boxes good. fairways good. greens run true-what more can you ask?

Fairways, greens all green and smooth! Well tended course

Been here for a month and this is the best bang for your buck. Great shape with really nice greens. Really fair off of the tees.

This was over a five hour round! I am not sure what backed up and why the pace never sped up? The layout is okay, but not amazing. Conditions okay. It is the Sun City classic course surrounded by retirement homes and dogs. Nothing special about this one and even though the price was right I would not choose to play it again.

Greens are outstanding!!!! Running somewhere around 11 per the pro shop. Stay below the cup and your round will be memorable. Rest of the course was in pretty good conditions for time of year. Rough was still dormit - to be expected. Pace of play was a bit on the slow side, but tolerable. Would definitely recommend this course especially as a starter round while vacationing in AZ.
