This is a gem in the northwest valley. The course had everything you needed, nothing more and nothing less. Friendly staff, unpretentious energy. Beverage cart girl circling on course. The lovebirds on the back nine make for some fun nature watching. Greens, collars, tee boxes were all in phenomenal condition.

Arguably the best value for your money in Phoenix. The conditions are excellent for this time of year (minus a few tee boxes). Pace of play was excellent. Made it around in 3:40 on a busy day.

This has been one of my go to coursed in the area. The course is in great shape for the season. The tee boxes are in great shape, the fairways are mowed short and the greens are holding and roll true. If I had a complaint it would be the bunkers aren't always raked and there are a bunch of pitch marks on the greens. The staff is cordial and go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable time on the course.

I originally booked a 4-some.

Had two guys cancel on me 4 days prior to our tee time. I tried calling the pro shop multiple times on two separate days with not answer. Not only that, I received the message that "the person you are trying to call has not set up a mailbox, please try again later".

I was charged $132 for the two people who cancelled. Never had that happen before in 23 years of playing golf. Will not play here again.

I booked a foursome and two players canceled..

I tried to call the course Monday and Tuesday (the booking was Friday) and no one answers either time I called. I got a message that said “the person you are trying to call does not have a mailbox set up and to call back later”. I was charged the $123.00 for the two players who didn’t make it. Not sure what more I could’ve done here. I’ve been playing golf for 23yrs and never been charged if someone wasn’t able to make it.

The course was fine and I would’ve played there again if not for this. Won’t be back and won’t recommend to anyone. Plenty of other places to play that don’t do this. Feels a little petty and unnecessary, very disappointing.

Greens rolled beautifully. Hopefully they maintain that over the summer because would definitely go back.

This is an ideal course if you live both east and west of Phoenix. My friend lives in Buckeye and I live in Carefree and it was a good central point for us. The fairways and Green are kept well. Very flat but still, we had a great time.

Played on mother's day, so the pace of play was excellent. Everything was in great condition - tee boxes, fairways, and greens. Arguably the best conditions in Sun City AZ. Love the new carts and GPS.

How does such a beautiful course not have ball or club washers?

My son and grandson played the course before and loved it. They played on Sunday, May 4th. They played 9 holes and unfortunately, did not get to complete the course. Do to heavy rain and lightning, they were not able to play the remaining 9 holes. Due to the weather, they lost out on the last half of the game, and the full amount of money.
