Palmbrook Golf Club

This is an ideal course if you live both east and west of Phoenix. My friend lives in Buckeye and I live in Carefree and it was a good central point for us. The fairways and Green are kept well. Very flat but still, we had a great time.

Played on mother's day, so the pace of play was excellent. Everything was in great condition - tee boxes, fairways, and greens. Arguably the best conditions in Sun City AZ. Love the new carts and GPS.

How does such a beautiful course not have ball or club washers?

My son and grandson played the course before and loved it. They played on Sunday, May 4th. They played 9 holes and unfortunately, did not get to complete the course. Do to heavy rain and lightning, they were not able to play the remaining 9 holes. Due to the weather, they lost out on the last half of the game, and the full amount of money.

Bad day and bad luck!

I’ve heard from others that this was a hidden gem of a course, so decided to give it a go. The course has a good layout, and challenging enough to not frustrate.

once again paired up with a couple of great Americans! had a super nice time! course is in solid condition tee to green. pace of play at 8 am was perfect 3 1/2 hour round. weather was perfect. not taking anything away from the course, but palmbrook along with a number of others in the $65-95 range is the wheelhouse depending on time of year. summertime is a whole different issue. there are a grouping of courses in the sun city-surprise area who if they stay in this range can make the golf experience all the more enjoyable

new owners are cheap. Still no ball washers or trash cans on tee boxes. rates have gone up and no more free range balls. Fairways and Greens ok, traps and rough still need some work. PLUS, they are letting FIVESOMES on course and backed up the whole back nine :(

Where did the ball washers and garbage cans go? Did someone steal them??

Have played this course many times in the past few years. Course is currently in great shape from tee to green and I have always enjoyed this layout. Carts have new GPS on them as well as ice chests and ice and water available at the clubhouse. Played with 2 very nice local gentlemen in perfect weather. Would play here more often if I did not live on the other side of town

I wanna start out with the differences in tee times from GolfNow app to the Palmbrook app to do your Reservation. Everybody’s very friendly we were teamed up with Eight to some and they were great to play with. The pace was back to back with a key off at 2:30 but moved well till we got to the back line and then we came to a complete halt. We were also told that there was a cart person out on property, but we never saw the cart come by thankfully we bought a couple drinks inside just in case. We ended up playing so there was no white and the sprinklers were coming on just to get our 18 in and we had to skip some three bars still had a blast and the guys at the end were young and full of energy and didn’t make us feel guilty for being out there so late I would highly recommend this course

This is a very open and forgiving course with challenging greens to compensate. Played with another couple where it was the first for all of us and we all enjoyed the round. Teed off at 11am on a weekday and pace of play was excellent with no waiting. My only suggestion is to clean out the water ditch on the back nine as it was very unsightly. I highly recommend this course as a very decent challenge and affordable course to play. The patio and bar after the round was also very enjoyable.

Was an outstanding day. Course is in excellent shape and a big value for the money. My only ding, would be no snack cart coming around.

A really fun track to play. Course conditions are good greens are good I will definitely play it again.
