About
Located just south of Grand Avenue in Sun City, Sun City North Golf Course's trademarks are the doglegs and large trees that are present throughout the course. It has many other challenges to offer including plush, elevated greens and numerous sand bunkers. Placid ponds also create water hazards that come into play on two holes. The well-maintained course is relatively flat with plenty of shade, making it enjoyable to walk. The Sun City North Golf Course facility has several amenities including a putting green and chipping area. There is also a fully stocked pro shop and full service grill and deli.

Excellent conditions from tee to green
Very well kept, great greens, tee boxes, fairways, and bunkers with real sand. There were only about 10 cars in the parking lot making for a great pace all day … our first time playing it and an extraordinary find!

To many old people
If your planning to spending the whole day golfing and don’t mind watching old men that move like snails sometimes theres even 5 of them playing together today when I tried to get in a quick round at noon left after 8 holes even ran into someone that had a baby out on the course letting them crawl around on the green while I had to wait Sun City has a real problem allowing 5 people dont waste you’re Time go golf a real course
Course losing to summer heat
Normally nice track but too many bare spots in all fairways. Aeration in progress but not helping yet. Not enough flexibility in pro shop to improve pace of play. Three groups on front nine (foursome, single, twosome) and pace was set by very slow foursome. Excruciating especially in 110 degre heat.
Course will recover but I won't play it again until it does.
Customer Service from snack bar poor...
The course was in fine shape and very playable. Wife and I played front in 1 1/2 hours. Attempted to enter snack bar at 1 pm to get some ice for our water cups, woman inside would not open door so we could get to ice machine. These Sun City courses ( Willowcreek, North, South, and Riverview) need to put their ice machines outside like Palmbrook, Union Hills C. C., and Sun City C.C. do to accommodate their clientele. Pathetic customer service!!
Course Conditions
Greens where nice decent speed and responsive. Fairways & Tee blocks where nice. Sand traps had sand which was challenging. Pro shop Attendees had issues. Good course conditions.
Spring fun
Course is in great shape. Pace of play was near three hours on a Saturday. Price is Right.
Great bang for the buck
Fairways and greens were in great shape. Good pace of play. No complaints at all. Check this course out.
Good Older Course
This was a great value for the money. The greens and fairways were nice. There were only a few other golfers. The only negative is that none of the holes are particularly memorable.

Fivesomes
I'm not sure why we were scheduled to go off as a fivesome. We were a twosome and there was twosome that went off in front of us, but instead they sent us off with another threesome. There was also a fivesome behind us. It only slowed down our round.

ropes or curbs to keep handicapped away from
tees or greens. played in less than 4 hours, Just

Great course/value
Played 18 on a Friday afternoon, place looked packed when we got there. 3 of us in group, 4some ahead of us. Finished all 18 holes in under 3 hours 45 minutes.. greens were immaculate, tee boxes in good shape, fairways cut to the perfect length. For $38, I thought this was a tremendous value. I would definitely like to go back there and play on my next visit to Sun City. Highly recommend.
