Union Hills Golf & Country Club
About
The golf course at the Union Hills Country Club is a championship course with a traditional layout. The course has been named one of the Top Ten Private Courses in Arizona. The design features four lakes and two winding creeks that create water hazards that come into play on a few holes. There are also several sand bunkers present. Some of the golf course's greens are elevated and the fairways are average sized in width. The signature hole is the par-4 14th hole, which requires a carry over water. Union Hills Country Club also has a putting green and full driving range for golfers to use.

Golfer Reviews
It was ok, nice layout cart path only, but no one in front teed ar 8:10
Lil thin and scruffy, winter rules in effect here, but is a nice layout, not an easy track, but is fair. Didn’t hit range
Course
It was cart path only which was OK except for the rough was in bad shape So I don't get it?
They don't do anything to the rough why can't we park on it just a little pet peeve of mine Other than that the courses is in great shape piece of play was awesome and had a great time
Not bad for the price.
Not a bad back up to the back up when it comes to golf courses in the area. Decent layout. Gnarly, unsupervised rough. Tee boxes have sparse grass and are situated on crowns. Greens were slow, but rolled ok. Very little if any sand in the bunkers. Fairways were good shape. All and all it is what it is. No frills. Can whack it and find it.
Course conditions and facilities
Good price and ok layout, but the tee off boxes aren’t level and sparse grass. In addition the rough’s could be better maintained. Fairways and greens(although slow) are fine. The worst thing about the course are the facilities. Have out door station with grill( good brats, but wanted a hamburger and they had no meat) the facility as a whole is vacant (except pro shop) Looks run down with no one in the bar and restaurant area. Very sad!
Cart Path
When there is a cart path only rule, please Rangers make the players who want to tee off on the black tees do so if they can actually play. 5.hours to finish. Overall the course was great!
Not bad
First time playing here
Course just opened so cart path only
Greens were iffy
Overall above average
Great Course
Great course layout. Fairways were nice as well as the greens. Not too many hazards that were very difficult to work around or out of. Staff was friendly and pace of play was great.
2nd favorite course as of now
I’ve been to a few courses know, and this course is amazing. I thought that the staff was very friendly. I love how they put your name on the golf cart before you even check in. The course was absolutely stunning. Mainly par fours and fives which is great. We got paired up with an amazing third by the name of Paul shout out Paul! Had a wonderful experience
Disappointed
Been years since I played the course. Fareways, tees, and greens were scalped and very fast. Had difficulty placing tee in hard tee box. Greens were rough but putted true. All greens were sloped same, back to front.
Not last years course.
Maybe it’s due to overseeing but the greens at Union Hills are always fast and firm, not the case on October 6.
There were also some dirt areas on the greens too.
Fairways were definitely in transition to dormancy so they get a bye on that.
Still a good day on the golf course.
