Good shape!
Course is in good shape and the staff at all the sun city courses always treat us great! Very nice folks and courses! Only real negative is with sun city managers who pushed afternoon rate changes to 4pm instead of 3..when no one even uses the 3-4 times..go figure..nice place to play anyway!
Enjoyed
We really liked this course. Our only feedback to the course is to reiterate the requirement for patrons to rake the sand hazards. I get it's not fun but... you hit in out of the trap, rake it up.
Stay on the fairway
Don’t expect to take much of a divot if your off the fairway.
Quick Round
Check in always friendly. Nice layout. Greens were sanded but consistent. Played in 3 1/2 hours. Only minor complaint is fairways were cut short and needed to be perfect to hit quality shots.
Great course
Love Riverview! It’s in pretty good shape for mid April after all the snowbirds have played the heck out of it. Lol. I’m a snowbird as well, so I am not speaking out of town. That’s why so many of us come here.
Stache
Nice people but a very average course. Odd policy of scheduling 5-somes at the club's discretion which doesn't help the pace of play. Bunkers had too little sand and were not well maintained. A real so-so experience.
Nice Course
Riverview is my favorite of all of the Sun City courses. Sometimes a group of players who are either new or just rude, taint the golf experience by very slow play. Since there are no rangers on the course, the pace of play, all to often, turns into a 5 hour round— not good!
