Great golfing experience, although play was a bit slow the day we played

Over priced , paid $40 for a Saturday round, a year ago from now it was $33. greens & fairways are good to very good, bunkers are terrible !! NO SAND just hardpan surface ok for hitting out of in fairway bunkers but cost me strokes on green side bunkers unless you putt out of them ! NO WAY can you pull off a sand shot out of these.

Here is a course right in Sun City, convenient, close but still very challenging with not one perfectly flat green and very tough pin placements. The fairways are wide enough with a little room for forgiveness. The staff, organization and rental carts are top notch. Recommend playing here for a great afternoon or morning!

Course should eliminate 5 player groups--we were a 3 some behind a 5 some--waited on every shot and I mean every shot--could get no rythem going whatsoever--I've played here numerous times always enjoyed the course--but this 5 some is really irritating and will have me playing elsewhere in the future.

THE COURSE WAS GREAT BUT A LITTLE SLOW BECAUSE OF THE # OF PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE. WEATHER IS USUALLY BEAUTIFUL.

Nice course, great condition both fairways and greens, but a lot of greens are very severely sloped. Holes are punched on severe slopes. Actually illegal to PGA hole placement regualtion (in my opinion). If you are above the hole less then 4 ft away and miss a putt it will roll out as far as 15 to 20ft. You must keep the ball below the hole on at least 14 of 18 greens or you will walk away with a lot of 3-putts. If a red flag (front pin) you must land on fringe in order to make a 2-putt par. Very frustrating if you are in birdie range and pin high or above the hole and you are FORCED to lag putt to the hole so you can get a par. I am all for a challenge, but punching holes on severe slopes feels like you are playing Minature Golf.

Average course with greens which are borderline unfair. Some greens have slopes which are impossible; most golfers will find them too difficult. Check-in was a fiasco and took 30 minutes....10 people in line, phone ringing off the hook, no carts, and only one poor stressed out senior employee in the golf shop attempting to handle all that.

enjoyable to play but not overly remarkable.nothing much stands out.

Riverview is in good shape, greens are rolling nice and most of the fairways are mown. Rough is dormant Bermuda. Pace of play was good, had to wait on a few holes, but Tuesday is Ladies Day in Sun City.

Course is in great shape with water one enough holes to help one work on their game.

Tee boxes need to be greened up, but the course overall was very good. 18 handicapper.

Pace of play very good-3.5 Hrs for 18.. Greens difficult to putt given strong slopes on all . Other than that a good course to play

Course is not overly long from the tips. Generous fairways. Greens were in good condition but lots of contours. Bring your best putter!!!

good course all levels nice layout good green condition

Play was delayed for frost and icy conditions. Weather was cold kept most folks at home . Staff was great, equipment well maintained. Course was fast do to the cold and cart path only . Still had a good round of golf.

Greens are tough. Approach and green angle are always a factor. Hazards are everywhere, but good play avoids problems.

Easy play must of went at the pefect time. No wait at the tee box which was sweet.

Fairway in excellent shape - greens kept in great shape. A very challenging course where you need to keep the ball below the pin to avoid very difficult downhill or extreme breaking puts. Not a course for a beginner.

An easy test with playing conditions that were only adequate, and little to stimulate. The course has inexpensive playing fees, the one positive factor.

Very nice golf course,. The rolling Greens and the pin placement on 18 was something else....
